Words can not describe what a delight Richard is to work with and how different he is from all other estate agents I have met. He goes above and beyond delivering a more than personal service backed up with extensive knowledge and experience. I originally viewed a properly marketed by him and his enthusiasm and persona led me to requesting him to market my own property when it was time to sell, as well as my partners property. Throughout both sales he has been attentive and efficient and I would honestly never use another estate agent to sell any property of mine.

There is no such thing as a stupid question, with Richard - he is always (and I mean, always) available to discuss anything with you regarding the sale of your property, no matter what time it is.
He constantly keeps in touch (not in a badgering way!) with you - notifying you of what is on the market, as well as any updates on your sale.
It makes it even easier that he is one of the loveliest people you can meet!
He has endless industry knowledge which he can share, when asked (he doesn’t force it down your throat!).
The only sad part of meeting Richard, is that the property has now sold, so we won’t have a reason to call anymore!
