They provide FREE property valuations and specialise in residential property sales. We pride ourselves in our customer service, and have a wide range of services available to suit all needs. From buying your first home to purchasing an investment property as well as providing a variety of marketing methods such as the offering of professional photography, virtual tours, accompanied viewings as well as virtual and live viewings via social media website portals. We are able to source Energy Performance Certificates for very competitive prices, provide you with a list of reputable and well established solicitors we work alongside for your conveyancing, once you have agreed a sale on your property. We can put you in touch with a reputable financial/mortgage advisor who can qualify you as a buyer/seller and in turn they will put you in the most favourable financial position to negotiate on your next home. In addition we can recommend some reputable and reliable RICS surveyors (Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors) and even put you in touch with local and competitively priced removal companies, so that you are well prepared for that 'BIG' moving day of yours! We believe in traditional, straight forward and transparent business with all of our clients throughout the entire moving process. Our intention was to get a couple of valuations before putting our house on market, but thankfully Rich at Miles Byron was the first. He was outstanding from start to finish. From valuation, to the attention to detail he took in taking the pictures to the consideration and flexibility around viewings we knew we had made the right decision straight away. But during what we all know is a stressful and out dated process, Rich really excelled. He was always available and able to get involved for us when things weren't going as they should. He was as persistent as we needed him to be when chasing details through numerous solicitors and agents and thoughtful when explaining some of the complexities of house buying. You didn't have to chase him and you felt you were always dealing with someone who genuinely cared. I can only imagine how great he was at showing our prospective buyers the house and I genuinely felt he had our best interests at heart. I've vowed I'm never moving again, but if I did I would have no hesitation in using Miles Byron again or recommending them to friends and family for the outstanding customer service and care.
