We have recently used Richard from Miles Byron to sell our home and could not recommend him highly enough. We initially invited Richard round to give us a valuation, and were unsure at that point if we wanted to sell or stay put. I immediately liked Richard. He was professional but friendly, clearly passionate about his job and most importantly respected our house as our home. Richard was very understanding around our uncertainty & kindly got everything ready for us to go live on the market, if/as & when we were ready, but there was never any pressure at all. When we found a house that we loved, Richard had us on the market and an asking price offer from cash buyers basically within 24hours!! This offer was also £30k higher than what another agent had suggested starting at. Richard also gave up an entire Sunday to do another 8 viewings for us. It has also been great having Richard as a point of contact to ask for advice with regards to our purchase. He gave so much good advice in terms of what to offer and even helped us to negotiate, contacting the agent directly on our behalf, to help us get the house at the right price. We would recommend Richard as an agent to anyone looking to sell their home. He is very experienced & knowledgeable, communication has been great throughout the whole process & Richard will always go the extra mile.

I’ve recently had the pleasure of meeting Richard, he really is the most genuine & honest person. He’s truthful about every property he shows you around and doesn’t dress anything up. He’s helpful right up to the end of the sale and genuinely cares that the property is right for the buyer. When the sale was completed he even went out of his way to get my boys treats. I was a first time seller looking to sell my two-bed flat, but experienced struggles as most agents wouldn’t pick it up, due to the hassle of selling a flat, but Richard kindly agreed to take me on. Since that agreement, Richard was supportive, knowledgable and always available to answer my queries (even on weekends!). Further to this, Richard’s personable demeanour, as well as his honest and hardworking approach made the whole process so easy for me. My sale has had many different struggles and complications and without Richard, I would have definitely backed out of the sale. But I trusted Richard’s expertise and ultimately was right to do so. Overall, I can’t give a more glowing reference for Richard and Miles Byron. Honestly, if you’re thinking of selling in the Swindon area, do not use anyone other than Miles Byron

I don’t know where to start, Richard has been incredible from start to finish of a very difficult sale, due to circumstances and also the current market. Richard worked endlessly, and got the sale over the line finally. Nothing was too much trouble for him, including WhatsApp / calls late at night or at the weekend and putting my mind at ease through the intense waiting period for exchange. He was always in contact, constantly keeping me in the loop and really put me at ease. I will 200% use him again for any sale / purchase I make and cannot recommend him highly enough.

Richard from Miles Byron was a recommendation. My word! Richard has provided such an excellent experience in selling my property. I can certainly rate him as the best estate agent that has ever lived! I have sold a fair few properties in my time, however this experience was much easier with Richard acting for the property sale. That’s quite a compliment as estate agents often don’t have a good name. He was professional, personable, kind, honest, realistic and never ever stressed, even when I was stressed. It was like having a best friend selling your property, who was working just for you and making sure things were ok for your buyers too. Richard met the buyers on completion at the property. The price the property sold for was realistic and a very good price to have achieved. I wish there were more Richards from Miles Byron, but there can’t be as Richard is unique!!! Choose Richard from Miles Byron! You won’t regret it.

Richard was honest on his first visit and did not give an inflated valuation, which we appreciated. He took his time in taking the photographs and video which were very professional. I recently sold my property with Miles Byron after three years of trying to sell with two other estate agents and finally completed at a great price (better than previous attempts). Richard is very knowledgeable, genuine and was always contactable. Nothing was too much trouble. There was no missed promises and as there was no contract I was not ‘tied in’ so everything felt very flexible. I would highly recommend Miles Byron.
