We are able to source Energy Performance Certificates for very competitive prices, provide you with a list of reputable and well established solicitors we work alongside for your conveyancing, once you have agreed a sale on your property. We can put you in touch with a reputable financial/mortgage advisor who can qualify you as a buyer/seller and in turn they will put you in the most favourable financial position to negotiate on your next home. In addition we can recommend some reputable and reliable RICS surveyors (Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors) and even put you in touch with local and competitively priced removal companies, so that you are well prepared for that 'BIG' moving day of yours! We instructed Richard to help us sell our house after being on the market for almost a year with another Swindon agent. From our first contact until the end of the transaction Richard was a pleasure to work with. He provided clear and honest advice about what he thought we would achieve, and what we needed to do. Richard is always contactable and conducts viewings himself which really gives his offering the edge as he knew our house, and could answer questions easily from prospective buyers. We had a flurry of viewings and accepted and offer in a matter of weeks, after months of inactivity with our previous agent. Richard understood our situation and was happy to communicate with us using WhatsApp which was our preference. I would not hesitate to recommend Richard if you are looking for a proactive estate agent who provides a professional and personalised service.

We met Richard back in March after a terrible experience with another agent and having to pull out from our first house purchase. Richard was more than accommodating of us, he was so flexible and his availability was amazing. He was able to put us in contact with solicitors and tradesman that could do work on the house. Richard is such a lovely guy and he is so passionate about what he does. I really wish him all the best in the future for himself, his family and his business. We couldn’t recommend Miles Byron highly enough as we had an excellent experience working with Richard. After months of our property being live we decided to go dual agency with Richard and he sold our house with his 1st viewing. His photos were superb and costumer service after sale agreed has been outstanding. Questions are answered same day and we never felt like we had to chase Richard. We would recommend his services to anyone.

GoogleThe worst customer service and worst agency to rent through. After then end of my tenancy they urged me to return keys, before checking on property state, and then accused me of non- existent damages, fortunately I had video records of everything in the flat before I leave. They refused to return my deposit until I went through a complaint to the deposit scheme. Very rude and never fixed any issues I reported in the property. I highly disrecommend
