I always receive a friendly and prompt service from the staff at Macfarlanes. They keep me informed of any issues about my properties and are happy to help sort them out for me either by speaking with other professionals and organizing work to get them sorted quickly, or by speaking with my tenants on my behalf should they have concerns. GoogleWill never use them. They don’t come out for services or even inspections that they promised. They come up with excuses not to pay our money back. Never will recommend them. If you do rent out with them make sure you take before and after photos of your place. I would give a 0 if I could.

The McFarlane Team dealt with my house sale from beginning to end with unfailing politeness and tenacity. They were particularly effective in keeping me abreast of progress throughout, and 'caught the ball' when other agents in the chain had been less vigilant and dynamic. As such, the sale culminated on time....and without drama or stress.

GoogleI’ve been both a tenant with Mcfarlane and used them as a letting agent for my own flat and have always received friendly, professional and efficient service. Recommended a couple of friends to use them when looking for places. Ignore the poor reviews - sounds like a disgruntled tenant.

View AgentsMcFarlanes looked after us really well as tenants for almost 3 years in our rental property.
During this time, they were efficient at dealing with any maintenance jobs that needed attention. They were flexible with regards to fitting around our timings re the quarterly proper type inspection and they were always respectful that they were in our 'home'. Thank you, McFarlanes, for all your support.
