I ♥ Haart My partner and I had previously listed our house with 2 other estate agents for 3 months, during which time only 1 of the agents managed to arrange any visits (only 3 visits in 3 months!). However, whilst the house was listed, Dominic Randell introduced himself and Haart to us, explained how he was convinced he could sell our house and how he would market it differently to the existing agents. He was persistent without being pushy, so we gave him the chance to prove himself. Briefly, once we listed with Haart we had 2 visits within a matter of days, and had sold our house in under a week for more than it was listed for! Dominic has always been incredibly responsive in answering any queries we had - both before we had signed any contract and, importantly, afterwards too. He jokingly said he always replies to texts even outside working hours - it turned out to be true (how many other estate agents would reply on a Sunday evening?). Dominic and the rest of the team in Swindon are a true credit to Haart. Estate agents often have a bad reputation, but these guys are the exception. I only wish we had chosen Haart to start with!

this a 5 * review for David Sheridan . Even though we didn't sell through Harrts or buy David phone regularly to suggest places and to help with advice concerning other properties .but not harassing. He was always polite about other properties on with other agents,and actually gave us sound advice on a house will nearly purchase but because of his help we have ended up with a much better family home, its a shame that they weren't one of the 3 agents we had to do valuations because we would have used them

Wow, I had 3 agents round and if I’m honest I was dreading the experience! Marc really stood out. He came to value my fathers house who passed away and explained, in great detail how he would create a marketing plan and get the right price for the house. Haart gave us outstanding service during our purchase and were instrumental in this purchase being achieved. The seller's solicitor was poor and Dave Sheridan from Haart spent a lot of time/effort chasing outstanding queries directly with local council etc to feed back to our solicitor to keep the purchase on track. We also needed quite a bit of time with builders at the house prior to the purchase and Sarah from Haart showed utmost patience when allowing us access to the property. Outstanding Service!

We have been looking at properties for a while now, made offers on properties and then unexpected circumstances arise and we have to move on, but we always come back to Haart. The agents are honest, proactive and have made the whole process this time round so much easier. They have conversations with you rather than tell you what they think you should do. They are incredibly respectful and they are willing to go through the process step by step to make sure you fully understand the process.
