We have been looking at properties for a while now, made offers on properties and then unexpected circumstances arise and we have to move on, but we always come back to Haart. The agents are honest, proactive and have made the whole process this time round so much easier. They have conversations with you rather than tell you what they think you should do. They are incredibly respectful and they are willing to go through the process step by step to make sure you fully understand the process. If anyone is looking for an estate agent that you can trust, I recommend Haart ten times over!!!!!!!

Myself and my partner have recently started looking for a property to purchase. We made contact with haart as we found a property they were advertising. Unfortunately the property had sold however when speaking with David he shown great knowledge of the local area and gave us lots of information about the different styles of properties around the Swindon area. It was refreshing to speak with someone that wanted to spend time speaking with us, and not just rush us out the door.

I would honestly say that the service I received from the Swindon Haart office had been very cordial, responsive and instinctively helpful at every instance of the way. David, with all his busy schedule still creates time to deal with issues on our behalf when they arise. All the staff were friendly and it all seemed as if we were colleagues. Despite all the challenges faced, David & Sarah ensured the home purchase actualised in the end. We are really happy with the service albeit a difficult vendor almost soured the whole experience for us. Kudos Haart Swindon!!,👍🏼

I cannot recommend Haart highly enough, Jack Rogers can to visit my property to value it, upon arrival he instantly gave me the impression he knew exactly what he was doing. He was open and clear and gave me a clear idea of what the property was worth and what I could expect from the process. I also saw 4 other agents and in comparison none of them to meet the high standard that Jack set. As such we choose to list our property with Haart and look forward to them finding us the right buyer.
