GoogleStay away from this company and the so called branch manager Beth Watson. She is the most unprofessional individual I have ever dealt with. I was proceeding with a property and was suppose to be moving in today after confirming to me everything was dealt with and all completed and just needed to send out the contract and pick up the key. She called me last night telling me that I needed to pay an extra £890.00 or else I couldn’t move into the property. I was suppose to be paying 6 months upfront as apparently being on maternity pay I would never of got the house. In total I was suppose to pay £4,850 which was agreed on both parties. she then demanded another £890.00 on top of this not even giving me 12 hours notice before moving in. This very unprofessional woman has now left me and my 6 month old daughter homeless as I have to be out of my current property today and was suppose to be moving into the new property today. I have had nothing but trouble from this woman. This cold hearted woman calls her self a branch manager after begging me not leave a bad review because she didn’t want me to ruin her reputation as she has just started out. As mentioned at the beginning stay away unless you want to be burnt at the last minute. And I will make sure that the word is passed on so nobody falls for something like this again. I have also reported them to the trading standards and waiting to hear back from them.

I have had complications with my property which was of no fault with Haart and Beth has maintained contact with me very regularly and very consistently since my first phone call to her.
