GoogleVery helpful and attentive Estate Agents who have assisted me with buying and selling my Mother's property. Very personal service. Andy worked very hard and tirelessly with the selling of my Mother's property (again)....things took much longer than anticipated (through no fault of his!). He kept me informed and up to date at all times which was much appreciated and valued during a very stressful time. Thank you Andy.

Wow Amazing company Allen and Harris lower Stratton Swindon branch beyond helpful,They went out of they're way to help me even though I didn't live in swindon they were a call away and went out of they're way to help,Check the property if I had any concerns they were amazing with the viewing,We had Gemma George and Millie holding my hand they were amazing friendly great since of humor and went out they're way to help,If I ever had to sell a property I would use them in a heart beat,They were not pushy as it was a sad sale as a family childhood home and i had to sale it. AAAAAAAAAAAA

Seen property of cash,prepared to make offer on receipt of home report failed to send report at 10am called 11.20 had not received as had solicitor and cash in place.failed to communicate.called back 4.30 and told house was sold only explanation was the person dealing with home reports had a dilemma.a bit of a vague company and not even a return call apologising for their actions.let down both seller and purchaser in this case.broadholm street property

We had our viewing booked for today in Swindon at two O'clock, Due to an accident on road we were couple of minutes late. I asked agent to give us couple of minutes, But she said she couldn't spare us any, I pleaded with her, But it only fell on her deaf ears, So our one and half hour journey was wasted not to mention another one and half hour journey going back home. If you can't spare few minutes of your time to your clients even if it is not their fault. I don't think we should considered spending our hard earned money on this Company

Unreliable and untrustworthy.This company has been a source of frustration for ourselves and our landlord.We had viewings deceptively organised behind our backs while living in the property, under the guise of agents being allowed to take photos.We also confirmed our deposit return with our landlord and agent and then received no deposit or response for over two weeks.My wife was told today after getting in touch it was not there responsibility, until we provided screenshots of the same agent who lied to us previously explaining he would communicate with the landlord and get back to us then failed to do so.Completely inconsistent, incredibly stressful, unprofessional and no accountability. I would advise caution before working with or renting through this company.

We had a really good experience with Allen and Harris team, we are based up north and getting viewings on a Saturday was always a difficult thing for us , but this team never let us down , always accommodated us and were very courteous namely John and Alex who helped us out . We asked them if the property had any structural issues, and even though they knew it had, they told us the opposite. We found out later when the property information form came through. So they basically breached their legal duty. So I incurred costs and survey fees, which I am now trying to reclaim back from them, but they even make this difficult. Shameful estate agent, the kind that reaffirm everyone's opinion of estate agents.

They provided a fast, creative and comprehensive service, backed up by the bigger Sequence group, and our buyer was found within 3 weeks. Professional, expert, hard working, honest and friendly. 5 stars!

GoogleI have just sold and bought my house through Allen and Harris and can’t speak highly enough of the team, Andy, Chris ,Molly and Gemma in particular. They were with me every step of the way ,so supportive and helpful especially when I had problems with the solicitors D C Law (don’t use them !) . Having exchanged on 11 th November I am still having financial problems with D C Law but nothing is too much trouble for Allan and Harris in helping me to sort it out. I can recommend them with confidence and wouldn’t hesitate to use them again.

Spoke with Laura to ask for a home report which I have still not received. I think she really hates her job because every-time I’ve called and she’s answered the phone she sounds like she would rather not be there. I have actually changed my mind about even buying a house form Allen and Harris because if you let someone like that answer the phone with no motivation to help your customers then I can only imagine the service you must provide. My brother has called to enquire about another property and the same Laura answered the phone and he has also changed his mind about getting a property. So congratulations yous have lost out on 2 potential deals. Staff should not be hired if they don’t like their job.

Saw a property yesterday in Broomlands st paisley, agent who showed up was the most unprofessional person I have delt with. She wouldn't even come through the property with us. Claimed there was a "smell" inside. Wasn't sure how long property was on the market. Didn't give us a business card or information about property. She didn't even shake my hand or say goodbye. I didn't realise estate agents got paid to stay outside the property. She (Lauren) is definitely not a very good representative for your business.
