YellSTAY AWAY
Stay as FAR AWAY AS POSSIBLE from their student accommodation THE FORUM!! Absolutely horrific living conditions, no noise insulation you can hear your neighbours business (from chatting to taking a sh, !) the walls are paper thin, They only have 2 washing machines FOR THE WHOLE STUDENT ACCOMMODATION, thank god I only lived here for a year but it has been the most horrific experience I’ve EVER had !

GoogleIts been almost 1 and half years of relationship with OpenArch . Getting a property is very easy with OpenArch . Even once you are moved in , the help you get for any issue in the property is addressed by the property manager in no time. I really recommend others to try looking for any property via OpenArch , i am sure you won’t regret .

GoogleDon't rent off these people. Left their mauldy flat in a better state than when I moved in. Without notice or agreement they have taken £250 of my deposit for a top up clean and new mattress. Which I didn't want for obvious dispute claims.

YellDo not rent with them!
There are many reasons why I will never rent from these agents again. 1. Overpriced everything just to take your money; properties, repairs, cleaning afterwards. 2. Deposit - I left the room in a better condition than I received it. I hoovered 3 times and yet they deducted from my deposit. However, even worse apparently it costs £158 to repaint a small wall. We also cleaned the property and yet they charged us an extra £180 in total.3. Repairs - After moving in we had a leaking toilet which took 4 weeks to repair. 4. Poor costumer service - people working there don't care about you at all.5. Appalling state of the properties - mouldy kitchens and bathrooms, cracked windows, dirty carpets.

GoogleReasons why not to rent with Whitfield: - Overcharge for literally everything, room prices, services, cleaning at the end. They will find any reason to take your deposit and not give the full amount back. - Properties are disgusting, mould in the bathrooms, cracks in the walls, damaged lights. They do the bare minimum to fix something and then charge a high rate for their time. - People who work there don't care about tenants, all they see us as is a bag of money (although the maintenance men who come out to solve problems are lovely and friendly)

GoogleDo not use these landlords! Overpriced accommodation. Charged extra for a room left tidier than when I moved in. Dust left in the corner of my room (having moved out and cleaned thoroughly over a month before tenancy ended) will cost £15! The bathroom in property I was in had mould on ceiling when I moved in. They also didn't provide basic things like a bin in the property. Some of the rooms in the student accommodation were incredibly cramped and at least one was breaking the law in terms of what can be legally regarded as a bedroom! Very much looking forward to accommodation with private landlord who actually cares about providing good living standards for tenants.

GoogleIt has been a great experience living in Open Arch property with swift response on maintenance issues and professional level services on all other quires and request. The rooms and communal areas are built to a good standard and rent comes at a very competitive price. Highly recommend anyone looking for a place to stay near Cambridge city center or surrounding area.

GoogleCouncil estate is better than this place. The building is paper thin I'm surprised it passed to be livable. Made complaints about the neighbours but nothing has happened. You can hear matey having a piss. Do not recommend plus rent is too high
