GoogleOpenArch are one of the best rental property agencies in Cambridge. My interaction with them was very positive. Any maintenance or any other sort of issue I've had was dealt with quickly and efficiently. My agent (Mr Robin Speed) was always very helpful and I cannot recommend him enough!

My partner and I have been renting a flat with Openarch since August 2019 and I can say that I am very satisfied with their level of service. Our property manager, Kerry Cowlan-Neal, has been always very responsive to my emails and any maintenance issues have been dealt within 2-3 days! I would definitely recommend to anyone renting a property that Openarch manages.

I had an amazing experience with openarch, staff is really friendly and try their best to solve the problem quicker. I was new to Cambridge and not knowing anyone around, Abi the manager, she helped me to keep calm all along the process of solving the issue and super fast at replying to all my calls and messages.

She did her best to find us a flat we could feel comfortable with. I love her costumer service and how chatty and professional she is. GoogleIt's a very very nice experience for me. When I was aboard, the agency always replyed to my questions quickly and offered me a lot of help, even though they were in the late Christmas Holiday. I'm willing to recommend OpenArch to other people who wants to rent a room in the UK.

GoogleI neighbor one of there properties and receive constant greif from the company. I believe they are purely motivated by money and lack morals. Don’t touch them with a barge pole.

GoogleHow does anyone rate this company more than 1 star? All they do is try to take money out of you continuously. I lived in a neat student house 2 years ago yet they were continuously trying to find ways of charging us. Never have I ever experienced the greed from other agencies. I've now moved on with virtualet who are much less annoying!

YellDon't rent. Avoid.
Terrible. Just a bunch of money grabbers. They overprice you for everything, take all your money and they will randomly email you asking for money about some excuse and some random problems they invented or something. DO NOT RENT WITH THEM, It is a waste of your money. They are terrible. The people working there are the most unhelpful people .

GoogleMy experience with OpenArch was extremely delightful and I ended up renting a room with them. Robin helped me to secure an accommodation in Cambridge and run an extra mile while doing it being constantly proactive, helpful and very responsive along the whole process :)
