The whole process was flawless. From the time that I contacted them and to the key pick up, Robin was very friendly and efficient. Even after that getting in touch with the Open arch properties and getting things sorted out is super-easy. I would recommend them and their rental properties to anyone who is interested in this area.

I have been living in my flat now for three years and nothing is ever a problem if anything needs looking at. When I moved in the flat was decorated from top to bottom I couldn’t of asked for more Jaimee Carver was fantastic from the start and still is she is a credit to your team.

GoogleWent for a viewing. Loved the property. Paid the holding deposit instantly just for them to get back to me two days later and tell me they gave the property to someone else. They caused me to lose out on two other properties that were offered to me. So unprofessional and frustrating.

GoogleOpenArch has made my rental experience extremely pleasant and fuss-free. I was looking for an immediate accommodation and was able to move in just a few days after viewing. Robin Speed in particular has been swift to respond to any maintenance issues and they were usually fixed as soon as on the next day. I highly recommend this letting agency.

I have just left a property with OpenArch.They have all been very very helpful during my 4 yr tenancy with any issues I had.Zoe Butler in particular has been fantastic and has been great and I would recommend them to anyone looking for property managers who listen to their tenants and resolve any issues really quickly.

GoogleAny queries were taken care of swiftly. The agency charged little in comparison to other agencies. Everything was very smooth and pleasant. After 2 years, we unfortunately have damaged the paint in one of the rooms and damaged one item. The agency charged us very little for the problems caused - to our own surprise. A great and friendly agency.

GoogleI had lived at The Forum in Cambridge for 2 years, my deposit at the end of my second year was non existent after they charged me for damages that were there before I had even moved in. Someone had trekked a piece of tissue the size of a grain of rice through my old room doing an end of tenancy inspection which was not there when I left and I have the evidence to prove it! I was charged a £20 cleaning fee to remove this tiny scrap and over £160 for a mattress that apparently was heavily stained (it wasn't, pictures to prove it). I managed to half my costs but I was still out of picked by the end of it. Overall the property is not worth what they charge and they do not maintain the properties, over the 2 years I had dirty shower water from the flat above leak repeatedly into my property. Toads would enter the property in sept-oct, ovens broke and were not replaced for over a week and the property did not have power for weeks at a time. They rent them out and expect you to pay for their own negligence.
