GoogleAs a parent of kids looking for accommodation this site is brilliant. Detail of property available and availability is just a few clicks in and contact details are easy to find. The staff I have spoken to are very friendly, approachable and helpful. I would highly recommend anyone to consider Studentdigz at Swansea.

GoogleMe and the group wanted a 7 bed house and the staff were most helpful, the whole process was straight forward and hassle (free 5 Stars worth). We have used another letting agency in the city the previous year, and the process was really long, definitely will be back with Student digz next year.

Hi Christopher. I have had a chance to look into the circumstances which led to your review and the system shows that you asked us to look at a window as you could hear a couple arguing on the street and workmen working on the road outside the property and so thought the window wasn`t as well insulated as you`d like. You requested that we change the window, which is quite an expensive solution to the problem as it is a double glazed unit on the 1sr floor of an apartment block. We sent one of our staff to take a look who reported back that the window was working in as much as it does close (so was secure bearing in mind it is at 1st floor level), but there was a gap when closed which would allow for noise to be heard from outside. You were informed that we would contact the landlord to ask if they would be willing to consider fitting an internal secondary glazed unit. This visit took place on Friday 25th September 2020. On the same day we also arranged for you to view another apartment in the same block, owned by the same landlord which you attended along with some friends. Your friends said they thought the alternative apartment was nice and suggested you should take it, however you said you`d like the weekend to think about it as you didn`t like making decisions on the spot. An email was then sent to the landlord to ask about secondary glazing and our office closed for the weekend while you had a think about moving to the other apartment. You then proceeded to leave a 1 out of 5 review that very evening accusing us of not being concerned about fixing your window, having told us a few hours earlier you would like to think about it over the weekend because you didn`t like making decisions on the spot. This 1 out of 5 review then became a 2 out of 5 review on Sunday 27th September 2020 evening even though you hadn`t given us a chance to get a response from the landlord or told us your decision regarding the other apartment. We followed up with a further visit to your apartment first thing Monday morning (28th September 2020) to check if you`d made a decision only to find you`d covered the window in tape and you promptly told our maintenance man you were going home to Welshpool to pick up some essential belongings, even though there is an area lockdown in force in Swansea. It transpires that you may be looking to get out of your tenancy because you have failed a University Course entry requirement. If this is the case you need to let us know and we will help you to try and find a replacement tenant to take over your tenancy. However, we would rather you just communicate this to us and allow us to help you as opposed to posting a bad review with misleading claims thinking this will release you from your tenancy. We feel we have not neglected you, in fact there has been quite a bit dialogue between You, the Staff and Caretaker since you moved in, but we do need to get authority to spend landlords money, especially when the solution is costly. If you need us to help you find a replacement tenant, we will try. You just need to let us know the true situation and we will help you as best we can.

Hi Taylor, which property have you rented from us ? You may have the wrong Agency I've checked our software and you don't appear to be one of our tenants. Are you sure you didn't rent with "Digs Of Swansea" or "Swansea Digs" ? They are not us
