Hi Henry thank you for leaving a review, however I am baffled as you chose to stay with us for an extra year up until June 2022, so things couldn`t have been that bad. We do tend to get a rush of negative reviews each summer as we are processing the deductions for cleaning and repairs. I only wish we could post the photo`s on here for all to see our side of the story, but we are told to take it on the chin time and time again, as defending ourselves on here is not the done thing. As you know before any deposit deductions can be made the evidence from both of us is submitted to The DPS where a third party adjudicator makes the decision as to whether the deduction is fair or not. If you would like to come to the office to go through the pictures of the condition in which you left the property I`m sure you would agree with our findings. Only last week a Tenant did just that. They promptly removed their review and apologised. However, I am very sorry you are left feeling this way as we always strive to our best in a challenging environment, but it would have been a lot less hassle for all parties concerned (and you would have had your full deposit returned, as have the vast majority of properties this year) if you`d cleaned up after yourselves.

Hi Sienna, what we have said is we often get mistaken for an Agency called "Digs Of Swansea". Some of the reviews received are from tenants or landlords who are not our clients. We even have tenants reporting repairs and dropping keys to us when they have actually been renting from Digs Of Swansea. It`s an easy mistake to make and one which happens quite regularly since they arrived in Swansea. Obviously we have to state this in reply to those particular reviews as we cannot resolve an issue which has nothing to do with us, but we still get the hit on our ratings unfortunately.

GoogleAbsolutely ridiculous, viewed 2 six bedroom properties only to be told after the viewing 4 rooms were rented in the first property and then to be told the second one was ours and then to be told that actually 2 rooms of that property was rented. Don't create unnecessary stress go straight to the landlords themselves. They are not at all organised. Waste of time.

GoogleCustomer service is awful, absolutely shocking. Me and my friends seem to know a lot more about letting houses and contracts than them, they're just money grabbers and literally no help at all. Will not be using this 'company' ever again and would definitely not recommended for any students because you will end up poorer than in the first place.

GoogleOne housemate never paid his rent. Studentdigz neglected to tell the other housemates, he never paid his share of the utility bills resulting in a long drawn out battle with utility companies. Studentdigz never checked his references as they were false and he cannot be traced. Avoid this organisation, they dont care. I'd give 0 stars if possible.

GoogleDo not use these crooks. At the end of your tennancy they will charge you £500+ for 'cleaning costs'. Recently moved out of the flat and left a couple of bin bags out the back, and they claimed they had to move 60 bags! Also to mop the floor in the kitchen cost an astonishing £400...

GoogleBeen an absolute nightmare, had a damp problem that took 7 months to fix, emails never responded to, came home to random builders in my house with no notice given (pretty terrifying when you're a girl living alone!) And are constantly trying to squeeze more money out of you. Please save yourself the anxiety and avoid.
