James (of Smiths Homes) was very good at escorting me around the house and clearly explaining the features. Helped immensely in note taking. Very friendly. Indeed, all my dealings with Smiths have been excellent.

We’ve had an absolutely wonderful experience with Smiths lettings recently. We dealt with Hywel who was absolutely wonderful from start to finish and made us feel so comfortable. Would hundred percent recommend any first time renters to deal with smiths.
