GoogleWe recently dealt with Peter Alan when buying our property. Grace, Katie and jade the manageress were very helpful. It was a difficult process for us because the vendor we felt wasn’t very cooperative but the team did their best and worked hard many thanks.

GoogleDisaster. I moved to the dirty, disgusting flat with broken cooker and toilet flush. I had reported it and it's been completely ignored. 5 stars opinion posted by Sarah Philips is the agents opinion. Absolutely useless, lazy and rude agent.

From the start he has been professional and always responds to any queries swiftly. I feel I am in very safe hands for my rental period this year.

GoogleI had been a customer of Peter Allen for more than 5 year. They have been extremely professional and doing their job at excellence. In particular, Jasmin who works in the Swansea marina branch was incredibly one of the best people I met during my stay in Swansea both personally and professionally. Even after I left the country, she kept me updated about the flat inspection, the final report and the deposit. She even repaired some stuff just to be exempted from extra charges. I highly recommend Peter Allen in general and Yasmin in particular.

GoogleWhat can I say about Peter Alan Swansea a First Class professional polite Estate Agent who will always put you first with friendly polite staff who are always there to help with any advice you need to buy or sell ,the service never changes and it is always of a high standard every time there maybe cheaper Estate Agents out there but as the saying goes “ you get what you pay for “ and I would always pay that bit extra knowing that I was getting the very best first class service every time , I’ve sold a few house with Peter Alan Swansea and also bought from them and also my own home and never has the service ever drop below Par each time I could not fault the service from Josephine Lewis the branch manager And also the first class service and polite friendly service from Julie Josh and Jemma and the rest of the staff there that I’ve either spoke on the phone to or spoken to face to face at the branch and another good point that stands out is that if you call and the person you want is out of the office and they tell you that they leave a message for that person to call you back on their return this does happen and you get that call back from the person you wanted to speak to , I’ve just sold my late Mums house with Peter Alan Swansea and apart from being very understanding of the sad loss of my Mum they did all they could to make selling my childhood home as smooth as possible with very little issues which I am so very grateful to again Josephine Julie and the rest of the staff for they kind compassionate way towards myself at this difficult time, they got a buyer very quick by a lot of hard work their end finding the right buyer for my late mums house which again I am so grateful for , so all I can say to finish up is if you what a First Class service with kind friendly polite experienced staff who know and listen to the customers needs and help in anyway they are can to get you the house you want or the sale that’s right the. I would totally recommend Peter Alan to all my friends and family and to anyone want a brilliant Estate Agent you won’t go far wrong with them ,,,Well done Peter Alan Swansea and a big thank you from me for everything...Kind Regards Mr David Hedges...

GoogleWent the extra mile. I was in the U.S and wanted somewhere sorted for when I came back to the U.K. I was struggling to find somewhere as everyone was saying I had to view the properties first. When I contacted Peter Alan and explained this to James, he was more than willing to sort out a video viewing for me so I could see the property while still in the U.S. This saved me a lot of stress and was one of example of the effort that was put in to help me find somewhere and get it sorted quickly and efficiently. Highly recommend if you want an agent that is helpful

GoogleAbsolutely awful service. Would give 0 stars if possible. They sold a great service when they initially came out to value the house. Slightly more expensive than other agents but we thought we’d get what we were paying for. We had exactly the opposite. Very friendly and good communication until we signed on the dotted line and everything changed. Lack of communication, delays, cancelling viewings and not informing us etc. I would highly recommend not putting your house up for sale with Peter Alan Swansea, I will never use them again and will stay away from houses being sold by them. I was stuck in a contract with them and couldn’t get out, in the end I found my own buyer, did the viewing myself and negotiation but still had to pay Peter Alan the full £2,400. I also upgraded to the online package for an extra £100. This is apparently refunded once the house is sold but even this is made difficult. They’re quick enough to take your money but you then need to write to Peter Alan conveyancing with proof from solicitors that the sale has gone through, even though the sale went through with Peter Alan, and your fee takes 28 days to be refunded. Absolute joke of an estate agents and will be warning everyone against them. The house we bought was through Purple Bricks. They couldn’t do enough to support us and were in constant communication via text and or phone whenever they had the smallest of updates for us. Lesson learnt, never use Peter Alan again!
