Absolute shambles of a company, they had stolen money from my father bank account the day he passed away someone had his bank details and used his bank account to pay a depot and rent over the phone there was no security check nothing at all. when I phoned Peter Alan a week later after finding such a big transaction from his account knowing he haven’t got a property with them they acknowledged the transaction and said there nothing they can do I emailed and phoned them a number of times and each time was getting ignored and lied constantly to, we now have to get the police involved to get this matter dealt with Brian James - that’s all you are is a complete lier and no help from you and your company you should be ashamed

It’s been an absolute pleasure dealing with Peter Alan Swansea for the purchase of my first home. From the lovely ladies on the viewings to progress updates throughout the sale, everything has been top notch. I would also like to give a massive shout out to Jade who is not only an expert with properties but also has a massive knowledge of induction hobs.. Jade was kind enough to walk me through an issue with my induction hob and appeared somewhat of an expert. You should consider a part time job with Beko, top service! Thank you to all involved with the house, Tanisha, Rebecca, Kelly, Jade and everyone behind the scenes. You were all amazing. ❤️

My interaction with Peter Alan in Swansea was profoundly disappointing. Their customer service is shockingly inadequate; they consistently evade calls once payment is secured. Despite an agreed-upon tenant-finding price, they haphazardly increased the charge, altered my utilities contract without consent, causing ongoing issues with energy bills. Attempts to rectify the situation were met with uncooperative responses, claiming my details weren't on record. Additionally, rent deposits were inexplicably delayed for over 4 weeks. Managing my property to find a tenant with Peter Alan was an overall unpleasant and frustrating experience.

Their mortgage advisor- Paul Mexsom is very polite and culturally aware which makes my application easier. I had previously wanted to buy a property with Peter Alan but I finally went with a different property sold by another agency due to preference. However, I used Paul Mexsom- Peter Alan Swansea as my Mortgage Advisor due to his professionalism and polite way of providing needed information. Excellent service in a timely manner. Their Swansea staff are good as well, specifically Nicky Price. Highly recommended.

A team of unprofessional people works here. I was told that my offer for a property was submitted and that they would get back to me by end of the day. I waited for 3 days and 4th day upon follow-up I am told that the offer wasn't submitted and now the property has been sold to someone else. If the offer wasn't going to submitted, why promise. Be careful to not trust the team at Peter Alan.

I did rent with Peter Alan in Swansea and getting the contract went well. Maintainance was recorded fast, fixes could have been better, especially when it is raining through the roof but I understand this comes down to the landlord. However the landlord still owes me money but since I returned my keys noone at Peter Alen calls back, picks up or answers emails. Which is a shame as I reminded them about the money for weeks before I moved out and they promised they will sort it out. I loves living there but since I will probably never see my money this has added a negative feeling for renting with Peter alan again....

I rented a 4 bed property with Peter Alan in Manselton as I was moving from Manchester down to Swansea with my two young children. I should of read the reviews! Absolute joke from start to finish. Brian did NOT hand me my copy of my inventory with all my comments in there to say what needed repairing when I first moved in. These repairs went on for over a year, after PAYING for a years rent UP FRONT. The landlord in question IGNORED 99% of these repairs (including leaving me & my 2 children FOR 4 WEEKS WITHOUT HOT WATER OR A BOILER & A GAS LEAK!). Said landlord kept fobbing me off saying it was Peter Alans fault & when I asked Peter Alan for advice I was ignored! The garden decking was already broken & very unsafe when I moved in & said landlord left it FOR 8 MONTHS after I had environmental health in to take a look. When I asked for a copy of my Inventory from Brian all I got back was that he "would look into it" (I asked 4 times in the space of 3 weeks) & i never recieved it! Landlord tried to take me for money & a fool after left the property of my own accord. Thankfully the Zero deposit scheme saw my reports I had made a number of times & have said I was in the right & I owe NOTHING to the landlord as it was already broken before I moved in & the landlord chose to ignore the repairs (also tried to charge me for blinds he bought himself AFTER I left the house, even though on the check out report it said the blinds were in "good working order") as he was honestly the worst landlord ive ever come into contact with! Peter alan are absolutely atrocious to deal with & would avoid like the plague as they still have landlord on books. I would give 0 stars if I could because unless I hadnt complained to the right authorities about this, it wouldn't of been noted how bad this situation was.

Decent letting agency for finding tenants however once they'd moved people into the property did nothing to keep me involved and it took me ages to even get in contact with them or get a reply to deal with problems the tenants were having. Alright at finding the tenants terrible at managing the property once they were in. Took two weeks of myself and my tenants harassing them for me to even be able to collect my rent for one month. Update one year later, it was a horrible mistake not ending my contract after the first year, I made the mistake of believing service would improve. Awful communication, I would receive emails and respond within half an hour then have to call them up days later to tell them I've replied and to please read my response. Even contacting and complaining to the head office just left me an empty promise that someone would get back to me later. Also basic flaws like not putting a renewal clause in a one year tenancy, that's a pretty standard part of any letting contract. At the end of the day be prepared to do more work managing your property than they will. Would not recommend at all for anyone looking to rent. Maybe they're better with sales

Nothing was ever too much for the team . Buying can be very stressful for most people, but a little harder in later years. I felt fully supported in a friendly professional manner. At the end of my tenancy, the landlord tried to claim £540 against me. Peter Alan and Zero Deposit supported the claim, but when it went to independent adjudication (TDS), the award was reduced to just £108, mainly for a chair I had already accepted responsibility for. The process with Peter Alan and Zero Deposit left me feeling harassed and anxious, as communication felt biased towards the landlord and dismissive of my explanations. I would advise tenants to keep thorough records and challenge unfair claims. Thankfully, adjudication worked in my favour, but the experience has left me with little trust in Peter Alan’s fairness.

This is by far the worst estate agent we have ever experienced. Their sales team cares far too much about the quantity and forget about their service quality. Everything from them is rushed. Their manager doesn't acknowledge or action most of our emails. Their Senior Sales Progressor is very unpolite and unhelpful. Will never use them again!
