GoogleWent with PA initially for a purchase and both Katie as an agent and Paul as a mortgage consultant were lovely to work with and very knowledgeable. Even when we then switched to another agent due to a different property coming up we chose to stick with Paul as our mortgage consultant with the excellent experience provided. Would recommend both Katie's and Paul's services for any first time buyer.

GoogleIf you want to sell your house use the Swansea branch as they are very helpful and really are the best estate agent in the area. Gemma was great on the viewing and Josephine the manager kept me updated throughout. I have used many estate agents in the past and been really disappointed but peter alan Swansea have restored my faith

Kept InTouch with me, helped me chase parties, and gave me plenty of reassurance and explaining all the different processes which gave me plenty of peace of mind.
