GoogleWe have rented our first - and last - holiday flat from this firm. The apartment was fine, if overpriced, however the service has been shoddy from beginning to end. While mistakes will happen in the real world in the best of businesses, this was a series of unpleasant incidences and mix-ups delivered with a take-it-or-leave it attitude at best, a heavy supply of jobs-worthiness, and from the manager, outright rudeness and a threat to "come down heavy" on my husband if we wrote this review. Very unpleasant, very toxic.
