This agent took us to view 2 houses, we were told that the first property was not for sale any more. We put an offer in for the full asking price for the second property. Literally just before we were due to complete the sale and after paying for searches and other fees they said the same thing we were told when we viewed the first property - no longer for sale, we weren't given a reason or an apology for wasting our time and money. Terrible agent.

Tracy deserves particular praise - she's been brilliant, and even came in to work on her day off to conduct our first viewing of the property! She's professional, always prompt to respond to queries and has been incredibly supportive throughout the process. I thoroughly recommend Peter Alan Swansea Marina.

Begrudgingly 1 Star.Worst Estate Agents. I am desperate to relocate to Wales but this Agent and I am finding this with all the branches are not helpful at all. I drove 3 hours to see a property that already had offers on it.Never keep me informed like they promised (Hayley).... avoiding my phone calls I will never view through this agent!Not professional at all!

i wouldnt recommend one bit to buy from these robbing estate agents you agree the full asking price for a property then they take 15 others to view after you to increase the offers way over the asking price seems like its common practice amongst estate agents in merthyr tydfil best buy from a reputable company you can trust few others in merthyr tydfil the same be aware they are scammers

Unprofessional and not very close to customers. I rented an apartment through this real estate agency, unfortunately there are big problems in the apartment, I sent emails to notify them and request their assistance for urgent repairs to be done, but they waited months before answering and in any case no one came to repair nothing. I also made an appointment to buy, but I didn't get any response.

Terrible customer service and deceitful company. They will charge you over £400 for sweeping, dusting and removal of coat hangers, A job which would cost them £20 at the most, claiming it is a quote from an "independent contractor". Since they are no longer alowed to charge letting fees they are going to try and fleece you any way that they can. They are parasites.Be very careful when dealing with this company.

GoogleAn otherwise great service was undone by moving the utility supplier without discussion with both the landlord and us the tenant. Instead they chose to use a small clause buried in the contract. This is still not resolved and while the estate agent will no doubt earn some small commission from the utility supplier (who then ceased trading 2 days after the move) the ongoing hassle is enormous and extremely time consuming.
