Situated in the heart of Swansea city centre, a call or visit to our office on Walter Road is a must for those looking to live within a short distance of the city, or maybe looking for properties with picturesque views over the bay or indeed those looking to speculate in the rental sector given the close proximity of both university’s campuses including the recent SA1 and bay development sites. What a dreadful business. Drove up from Cardiff to view a flat to rent only to find that it wasn’t available. I have since realised it’s a trick to get you to meet up with them in Oder for them to offer you what they actually have to rent . So the flat on show is fictional. However, I did go and see two of these other flats and I did like one of them. I told them I would take it . They never phoned or emailed back. Absolutely shoddy service.

GoogleBeen a tenant with Dawson's for 4 years now since I was a student, and would recommend them over any other estate agents in Swansea. They're fair with their prices at a time when cost of living is difficult for everyone - the staff at Dawson's are supportive in trying to find the right property for you - and very helpful navigating contracts and referencing. The maintenance team have always promptly solved any issues and the whole team in the office are professional, polite and easy to talk to - Kelly in the Walter Road branch has gone above and beyond to help sort things out for me!
