GoogleUsed this company as a first time buyer, which is scary enough on its own but was completely felt as ease all way through with Tanya, could not recommend enough! Everything was on time, chased up, regular updates throughout and instantly answered every question i had. All the staff was very friendly towards me and my family when collecting the keys. Will be using this company again in the future and will definitely be recommending to family and friends!

GoogleOutstanding. "Above and beyond" is thrown around a lot these days but the lengths the team went to when my solicitor ceased trading on completion day were worthy of note. Even before then however the service i received was always polite, friendly and efficient. If you are looking for an estate agent I honestly cannot recommend 2Roost highly enough.

GoogleNatalie at 2roost was absolutely fantastic from the start. She was always available to take my calls and very informative. The end of the process became quite stressful but Natalie was always there to help and it would have been even more stressful without her. Thank you, Jess & Gary :)

GoogleTerrible communication. When we sold our last property we rung a number of estate agents to get valuations to weight up who to go with. After three calls over a couple of weeks they never bothered to actually come to value the property. In fact we still technically waiting for a call back a couple of years on. After ours sold we contacted them about viewing a multitude of other properties yet no call back again to even go view. I understand there’s busy periods but my experience as both a buyer and seller was very poor.

GoogleIf I could give more than 5* I would. My property was proving difficult to sell (through absolutely no fault of 2Roost) but they have worked insanely hard to get it sold and completed. The communication was amazing throughout, they've been efficient with each step and I couldn't recommend them anymore. Special shout out to Tanya for how amazing she has been!

From valuation through to completion 2Roost were in contact regularly to keep us appraised and very responsive to telephone calls and emails. Rob was professional and helpful throughout what was an emotional time for us as were the rest of the team when Rob was unavailable. Thank you!

GoogleFrom start to finish Paula and the who team were absolutely fabulous they kept us informed constantly they sold our home in 3 days and it all went through very smoothly Charlotte was amazing at keeping in touch 🙂. I would highly recommend 2 roost to family and friends nothing is 2 much trouble for them. We finally completed and moved into our new forever home on the 28th April 😁 thanks again to you all 💞

GoogleWas met on arrival by Olive, who wanted me to rub her belly, she then sat on my lap. Olive by the way is a dog owned one of the girls in the office. All went well with what I needed to do regarding the purchase of a property, proof of identity and funds. Laura was the lady I dealt with and was very helpful.

GoogleI cannot recommend 2roost enough! From the initial valuation been done by Paula to dropping the keys off on completion day, nothing was too much trouble! In total we had around 16 viewings booked in and the property sold in less than a week. We really can’t thank all the staff at 2roost enough for their help. But, a big thank you to Stef for all her work in helping progress the chain to exchanging contracts after issues higher up. For anyone looking to sell their property, 2roost are the company to call!

Google2 Roost failed conpketely in their legal due diligence, rent went missing. This is a list of what they neglected, as discovered by my new agent. 1) No Confirmation was made of the date the deposit was paid to their agency. The deposit actually disappeared! 2Roost failed to provide copies of the Deposit: Did not provide signed Prescribed Information terms and conditions Never provided copies of the Gas Safety Certificate and how it was issued Never provided a copy of the How to Rent Guide and how it was issued Avoid this company. Total lack of care and due diligence.

GoogleI highly do not recommend. I have agreed and made an offer and it was accepted. I have sent all the documentation they asked for. and I had money ready to pay but they sold it to someone else instead. The agen was Tanya Hatcher. It's very poorly done by them. She is very bad at communicating with and very rude.

Throughout this process, we have ensured you were kept informed, including notifying you promptly when another offer was received on the property. The seller set a deadline for the documentation, and as their agent, we relayed the facts and followed their instructions accordingly. As a business, we are committed to fulfilling our obligations to all parties involved and have acted transparently throughout this process. GoogleThis has been the second time we have liaised with 2Roost when selling a property. The previous was 10years ago, the most recent we completed yesterday. Standards were good 10 years ago with nothing being too much trouble, always quick to respond and give advice with a friendly demina. It's good to say it's still the same and we wouldn't hesitate in contacting the team again.
