GoogleLynne has been incredible throughout my whole sale. After initially listing with another agent based in Hilton and having no interest she completely changed my impression of estate agents and has owned the whole process from start to finish. GoogleMy partner and I have had the best experience possible with YourMove. Our agent at the time Lauren kept us posted every step of the way and always reassured us when we were worrying about the process and how long it was taking! When Lauren was off she gave a detail handover to Louise about our move and where we was in the process. Louise again was also reassuring throughout the process and was very quick to answer our questions. Together they worked effectively as a team and had great communication! To this day they are still supporting us and answering any questions and have a quick response. Her professionalism, knowledge, and dedication truly made a difference. As a first time renter myself, obviously being influenced by friends and family, I thought I would’ve struggled going through what could’ve possibly been one of the most stressful things i’d have to go through in my life but not at all, she made the whole process appear like it was the easiest thing in the world. GoogleTerry was always amazing help and great support through the process of buying our first house. Nothing was an inconvenience for him and he always helped us to feel at ease in the situation aswell as answering all of the questions we had. Jess was also a fab help at the start of the purchasing process and, again, answered all the questions we had. I would highly recommend Terry, Jess and their team at your move!

GoogleI very rarely write a review it’s not something that I do but I feel that in this instance it is more than warranted. If I could give Lynne at your move 10 stars I would. We have been through a very difficult complicated house sale that seemed to go on for ever, we spoke to lynne and emailed daily sometimes 2/3 times a day and nothing was ever to much trouble. Lynne for us went above and beyond dealing with our solicitors / the difficult buyers solicitors and the mortgage company’s once lynne had a goal she was relentless in piecing all the parts together to make our sale happen ifor us lynne was in charge of everyone / when she was not in we found that instructions had been left for other members of staff ( who were also great ) on our situation so that we never felt at a loss end. She is professional/ reliable / straight talking and to us she has also become a friend Thank you so much team your move at Swadlincote you’ve been fantastic

GoogleHave been using Your Move in Swadlincote as our only letting agent for 6 properties. Louise Deans is ALWAYS our main point of contact and she always provides a level of professionalism we have not experienced with previous agent. We have always appreciated her advice, honesty and market knowledge. Nothing is too much for her. But, it has to be said that in the absence of Louise, Lauren is always there to help out. Thanks to them both for the service they provide.

GoogleWe wanted to rent our apartment out and chose Your Move. Louise was fantastic. She guided us through the process and kept in touch with us via phone and email all the way. She did the viewings for potential tenants and gave us feedback. We felt we could ask her anything and nothing was too much trouble. She was so efficient that from the first phone call to the tenants moving in was three weeks. Would highly recommend.

GoogleHad an absolutely brilliant experience with Your Move. Lauren and Louise were very helpful and both of them went above and beyond in helping my partner and I find and move in to our first home. We had constant updates every step of the way and they were both readily available throughout the entire process. Whatsmore, I initially spoke to Louise to see what was available and she pointed me to what has worked out as our ideal property. We met with Lauren two days later to view the property and had the deposit placed the same day. Great service all round. Can't say enough good things about them. GoogleFinally completed our sale after a very stressful 5 months. Not going to dress it up (in my opinion its an awful process) but one you have to complete to reach the end goal. That being said, my wife and I would like to thank Terry and Lynne for there support throughout the process. From the initial offer all the way through to completion they have both been incredibly professional, always available, a wealth of knowledge and most importantly good listeners when the "going got tough".
