I have just sold my house with the fabulous Swadlincote Team. From start to finish they have been professional, friendly, approachable and so helpful. I have no hesitation in recommending them. Upon moving we were helped by Lauren such a lovely lady but when the tenancy finished we were given Megan. She’ was very unprofessional smiled at our faces but spoke very disgustingly about me to my landlord, she even suggested her own relative to do the cleaning at a very high rate even when the property was clean. I’m very disappointed because had she just said the property is not as clean as we recommend it to be I’d have understood considering I was heavily pregnant but her language seemed to be filled with hate and greed . I would not recommend your move Swadlincote just because of Megan , I don’t know if other staff members would have done this same

I had the misfortune of being a tenant in a property managed by Your Move Swadlincote, and my experience was incredibly disappointing. On multiple occasions, the office sent documents addressed to the wrong person and even arranged property visits with the wrong tenants. These are basic administrative tasks that any competent letting agent should be able to manage, yet mistakes seemed to be a regular occurrence. Over the course of a 7-year tenancy, approximately 14 property inspections were carried out. However, when I submitted a Subject Access Request, the agency was only able to provide records for 2 inspection reports. This raised serious concerns about their record-keeping, processes, and overall accountability. The impression I was left with is that there is a clear lack of organisation and quality control within this office. Communication was often frustrating, and simple matters frequently became unnecessarily difficult to resolve. If you're considering renting a property through this branch, I would strongly recommend managing your expectations and keeping detailed records of all communications and documents yourself, as you may need them later.

If you want a Lacklustre, unprofessional approach then Your Move Swad is indeed for you! The Team is not proactive and leaves the house to sell itself literally. To add insult to injury one of the Team allowed a third party to interfere with our listing without consent which was totally unacceptable. Simply avoid and find a much better Estate Agent that isn't stuck in the 90's with their approach - they do exist! Group Health & Safety Manager Global Company.

There have been so many bumps in the road throughout the whole process, however Lynne has been there throughout giving advice, help and support from start to finish, nothing has been too much trouble and she has been a really good sounding board when it’s definitely been needed, I can’t thank her enough for keeping me sane!
