GoogleI have recently been looking for a rental property as a first time move for both me and my partner which was honestly so nerve-racking but working along side Megan had honestly made the whole process so stress free and actually enjoyable! She’s been super helpful from the very first viewing up untill signing all paperwork, no matter how many questions I threw her way she was always super quick to response super helpful and very clear with her answers so there was never any confusion. Nothing is ever to much for Megan and honestly I would highly recommend anyone looking for properties to work with Megan. Thankyou for making our experience so easy and stress free!

GoogleHands down the best estate agent we've ever dealt with. We have just completed our house sale with Your Move Swadlincote in 9 weeks with Christmas in between. Ann came out and valued the house absolutely spot on and put together a great brochure and got us online. Lynne then took over with the handling of our property and was proactively sending our brochure to prospective buyers, providing us with weekly updates and within 5 weeks we were sold with the perfect buyer. Lynne then helped the sale run so smoothly and again was calling and emailing regularly with updates. We cannot fault Your Move Swadlincote one bit. Lynne and the team were amazing from start to finish and we highly recommend using them to sell your home.

GoogleI've used Your Move Swadlincote for buying and selling now, and they have been fantastic on both sides. Ann did an amazing job of the marketing photos and property details. She listened to all the info and ensured everything was fully included. Throughout the process Lynne and Terry have been great at communicating and quick in replying to my never ending emails! Everyone in branch has been helpful and friendly throughout. They make a fab team!

GoogleAfter six long frustrating months our house sale finally completed. We honestly believe that without the help of Terry Edwards this would still be dragging on. Terry kept us updated on a regular basis and chased all involved constantly. He went above and beyond daily and we could never thank him enough. GoogleI recently used YourMove Swadlincote for a sale and purchase, I was dealing with Lynne and Terry, what fantastic people, they negotiated the best price possible, kept me informed at all times and they were just both such a pleasure to deal with. Hopefully I never have to sell or purchase again but should I have to then I will be using them again as the process was seamless. GoogleAgency very good and professional. Helps even with printing and scanning documents. Responsive and supporting on every step. Conveyancing Expert hovever cooperating with them I would not reccomend. Answering emails sometimes lasts few days. Sometimes they even forget to respond... We didn't receve final statement on time we had to contact agency to sort it out because they forgot about it. They changed as well few times their company representative so we have been even more confused.
