What a sham company! if there was an option of zero stars I would have given that! They are bullies for both tenants and landlords. They are manipulative to gain in their own interests. Very bad experience! They have no professionalism at all.
Dear Schumz,I can see that you have given us a poor review, Unfortunately I cannot understand how we do not know who you are and how without any issues with someone who is both a tenant and Landlord that you can possible have written this review truthfully. We know all of our Landlords and Tenants. Your "review" also seems rather vague. However, if there is the small chance that your review is valid then please contact me on 0121 321 6090 and we shall discuss the issue that has lead you to write this review. If I can give no star I definitely will, Poor service, never responds to your phone calls and staffs are all about giving you misinformation. Stay well away from this company.

We pride ourselves on service and I myself drove down to meet you with spare keys to your flat after you locked your own in and could not make it to our office. As a reminder about the deposit process which you appear to have an issue with at present, our policy is to keep all discussions in writing in case of ADR. The landlord has requested quotes, which he is entitled to do within the terms of the tenancy deposit scheme. If you have any queries, please don't hesitate to contact our team. Thank you! it is much appreciated. We always try and use emails more than phones for written records and to ensure that messages do not get missed. If you need to speak to us on the phone, just call and leave a message with one of the team if you want to speak to a certain person or email across for a call back and we always do so.

GoogleVery disappointing agency.
Always unfortunate for all, when a letting Application fails on referencing. We agreed & returned the holding deposit as promised. No surprise the Tenant waited until they received the funds back, before submitting a poor review.
Where the same review appears twice we show it once. We leave out reviews that name another agent or another of the brand's offices.
