GoogleI've had a lot of dealings with estate agents in the last 10 years, ranging from alright to incredibly unhelpful and unprofessional (one even not handing over the keys for several days past the move-in date because they were 'busy'). James Bailey has by far exceeded all of those I have dealt with by a mile.
He was incredibly helpful and honest in showing the different locations and finding something we were looking for and without being pushy and being honest about all questions. He went above any beyond when dealing with all the parties involved and helping chase the solicitors and reduced the stress on the whole house buying process by a tonne.
I would absolutely recommend him to work with for any other prospective house buyers/sellers, and will certainly come to him first if it comes time to sell this house.

Having moved house many, many times and dealt with many estate agents I can safely say that I couldn’t recommend James Bailey estate agents more highly, if every estate agent were like them the world would be a much better place and estate agents wouldn’t have the reputation they do.
I recently purchased my house through them and despite the conveyance involving six properties in the chain, with a mass of complications on the other properties in the chain, they were a delight to deal with throughout. Not only were they highly competent and professional they also genuinely seemed to care about both buyer and seller.
I’d like to thank them both for keeping me sane, they are in a league of their own, and anyone reading this and looking for an Estate Agent please don’t consider anyone apart from James and Sabrina.
