James has a boutique agency, not a chain, so you receive a professional and personal service. The first time we met James he was extremely positive about our house, confident he could sell it quickly and for a very good price. Indeed it sold for more than we anticipated, so we are very happy. The photographer who James uses staged our house superbly and spent over 2 hours taking the photos both inside and outside. The staff who work with James were excellent. Nothing was too much trouble and all offered support, kindness and advice during the sales process. A big shout out to Katharine, Sabrina, Jessica, Jess, Liam and Fern. The whole team were amazing at generating leads and got us a new buyer almost straight away after our first one backed out.
