GoogleA breath of fresh air in the current market we can’t thank James, Sabrina and the team for getting our house sale over the line, it was testing at times but they went above and beyond and can’t thank them enough. GoogleI had the pleasure of meeting Sabrina when she came to evaluate my property, and I met her and Katherine again during an event. They are such a lovely team, so fond of each other. Not only are they very professional, trustworthy, and passionate about what they do, but they are also very involved in the community and are always ready to give back. James is also very active on social media with very useful tips and supporting local businesses, sports clubs, and local events. I am planning to sell my property next year to buy another one, and I don't need to look around for which agent will be the best choice for us because I already know that it will be them! They are the last company to deserve any 1 star review!!! Shame on whoever is doing this to them!!

GoogleI've dealt with James Bailey Property both purchasing and selling a property; and it was a pleasure to deal with them on both accounts. You'd anticipate from an independent agent that perhaps fees would be higher or their capacity would be less - but they are a beast! Their customer service, pro-active approach, communication and regular check-in's were exemplary and I would highly recommend James and the team to anyone looking to buy or sell.

Nothing was too much trouble, especially as we are remote from the house so she really stepped up and went way beyond what we were paying for! Google“It’s been emotional!” Is the only way to describe selling your family home of almost 40 years after losing both parents. James Bailey Sales & Lettings genuinely understood their role in selling our family home. Not just as estate agents, but human beings who just ‘get it’. The heartache involved in selling such a property is often overwhelming, but the Team are able to guide you through the whole minefield process and remain positive throughout. Any one of the employees could deal with my random queries and questions, and what they didn’t know, they found out. Don’t hesitate to use them for buying/selling or even just advice. Calm, methodical and really good at cutting through the technical stuff to make the whole process really simple.
