We were in a very stressful situation and James took all the stress out and guided us through every step with follow up emails and texts - couldn’t recommend him more!

Google5-star trustworthy estate agent, Not like other tenant hunters. We saw their property in Rightmove/Zoopla. And submitted a request for a house viewing. They called back us quickly to arrange a house viewing. The property was defined as in the advertisement. The lady informed us well about the property and its recent works. She was also very kind, let us use the property's car park. The same day we made an offer and its accepted. Then we send a holding deposit to them to keep the property. After a week we had to take our offer back for some reason. Then let them know about this. And they sent the holding deposit back to us. Hope we can met again to rent/buy a property

After having our property on the market for 14 months with 2 other estate agents and having no success and both of them being very unhelpful, We decided after getting a letter through the post which was very personal and handwritten, we thought James was the perfect person to sell our property and wow what a great decision that was. After having our flat for just 77 days he had sold it! I wish we’d contacted him sooner. Such a personal service from the start to finish. GoogleJames was fantastic and secured an offer instantly. I had originally listed my property with a large high street estate agent, and they were abysmal. They had the property for 6 months and achieved one viewing. James reached out and was incredibly personable. Once listed he had multiple viewings booked in for the next day, James then secured an offer just as quickly. I would recommend James one hundred million percent! He was always available when needed and made the process as painless as possible. He was fantastic when it can to managing the various parties during the sale and got us to completion very quickly. Thanks to James we were able to move into our new house. I have no doubt that if James had not contacted us then the property would still be advertised, and we would have missed our dream home. GoogleHaving previously had my property on the market with other estate agents who were unable to secure a buyer, I decided to choose James Bailey to act as my new estate agent. He managed to obtain an offer within 10 days on the market with him. James kept me up to date throughout the whole process, listened to my concerns and kept me at ease. He made sure all parties involved were following through on their areas in good time. I would highly recommend James as an estate agent. He has done a fantastic job in selling my property and I would not hesitate to recommend him.

GoogleJames recently helped us with the sale of our property. We met him at a viewing for a property we wanted to buy and straight away knew we wanted him to act for us too. He is really attentive, helpful, friendly and went completely above and beyond throughout the transaction (he even paid for our Buyer's boiler to be re-serviced to prevent delays which is something their agent should have done!!), keeping everyone involved informed and up to date with progression. He is the only Estate Agent that I would recommend without hesitation!!

James offered us valuable advice throughout the process and maintained integrity with everyone. He remained positive with a good balance of professionalism and sense of humour. Through no fault of his, our sale took longer than expected, but without his patience and determination, it may have never happened at all. GoogleWe instructed James to sell our flat earlier this year and it was easily the best decision we’d made. He gave us the hope we needed after a previous high street estate agent had struggled to sell our property. Within 10 days we’d accepted an offer and had sold what previously was a ‘difficult’ property to sell. He kept us up to date with movements, helped us with the process and was extremely patient despite our solicitor issues. GoogleOne of the best decisions we ever made! After being left incredibly underwhelmed by a major high street agent, James was able to deliver on every single promise he made us to sell our flat! In a week he was able to deliver on more viewings than we had in over 3 months with our previous agent, and secured us with a buyer at asking price. Warm, friendly and professional, James was incredibly helpful every step of the way. I couldn’t recommend highly enough!

When I went to view the property I ended up buying he was very knowledgeable about it and was able to clarify all of my concerns which made me feel comfortable proceeding with the purchase. We had a few setbacks related to the solicitors and it was great that he stayed in sync with all parties and aided moving the purchase along to completion. I was also impressed with his letting services, he was able to find and get tenants moved in to the property in under 2 weeks handling all the paperwork and check-in for me. James Bailey definitely provides a superior service to the other bigger estate agents out there.

GoogleJames did such a good job for my sister and I recently on the sale of our parents property. He worked so hard for us and managed to secure 25 viewings on the first weekend, resulting in 9 offers and of those 9, we found our Buyer. The whole process was completed in just under 2 months, which was amazing! We would not hesitate to recommend James for either buying or selling - his professionalism and attitude was exemplary - we could not have asked for more.
