We had an issue with our washing machine which was causing us so much stress, besides having to carry clothes in this miserable weather to the local Laundramat, paying out unnecessary money to have our clothes washed and dried, there seemed to be no light at the end of the tunnel having it replaced or repaired by the landlord. Until a very special Daniel Marden who manages our property came along. He was relentless in helping us, stayed true to his word, went that extra mile to make sure that we got a washing machine as quickly as possible and was an absolute professional. If only there were more people like him. A very big thank you Mr Marden. Haart has a real gem in you. Once again our sincere thanks.

While I did not find a property via Hart, I would like to say how impressed I was with the service they gave. Very responsive. I was updated on properties and advised about new items on their listing that would meet my requirements. I would like to say a big than you to Arslan who was so helpful. He worked hard to find what I needed and offered good advice. It was nice to speak to someone who was looking out for me as a purchaser.

I had an awesome experience with a staff of Haart Estate Lettings, Chris Faulkner. My family and I needed an apartment urgently and of all the agents we met, he was the only one who kept calling us and providing updates. Even when it seemed that getting an apartment for us would be almost impossible, he was tenacious in his search and ensured we got a very lovely apartment. I'm so grateful for his support both during the search and while moving in. After we moved in, he still called to ensure we were comfortable and had no issues with the apartment. Really grateful for his professionalism and passion in getting a good apartment for us. Without his tenacity, my family and I would probably still be in the hotel.

Awful service, not acting in their clients interest in the slightest. This agent will not try to get you the best price for their client instead they will pressure their clients into accepting the first offer they manage to scrape. The manager Lee Archer is immature, palms the offices problems onto his negotiators and hides when there's an issue to address. When the complaint procedure was requested Lee thought to provide solely his own email address, he then provided another email for someone called Bethan who is supposedly the area manager. A complaint was raised to which a response was expected within 3 days and of course, never happened, a follow up was sent to which 3 more days has passed. It's clear the senior management is just as loose and lacking in care as their in-office staff, it's really no wonder why this brand is failing and why the lowest of the low work there, why would any decent agent work for such a brand? I will be escalating my complaint to the relevant party since I've exhausted Haarts complaints procedure, my advice to anyone thinking of listing with them is there is absolutely no value this agent can provide to you, they will simply get your property off their books at the cheapest price to the first willing person to take it.
