GoogleWould highly recommend the Stonecot Hill branch in particular Kerry and Debbie. I picked them out of three estate agents who all gave different valuations. Goodfellows gave me the highest but justifiably the best valuation and backed it up with sales that they had made in the same vicinity. They were always there at the end of the phone and acted always in my best interests.

GoogleFrom the moment Sam stepped into our property, we knew that she was the right person for the job. From beginning to end, Sam has supported us throughout the entire process, even when our first buyer fell through. She never gave up on us or our house, and turned what seemed like an impossible situation - into a massive relief for us. A huge thanks also to Omar, Rosie and Ellie for all of their effort supporting us as well. We would 100% recommend the Goodfellows Sutton team, as they kept us updated and advised us when necessary. We were never made to feel like we were a bother or annoying, they always made sure to listen or help us when needed. We cannot thank Sam and her team enough, they have gone above and beyond.

GoogleWe had viewings with Jodie today, she provided us local informations around this area, it was really a big help as we're totally new to this town. The weather wasn't good at all (heavy wind and raining), she took us to each property and dropped us off to the station. Without her, we would be soaked in this weather. I'd 100% recommend Jodie! E

The house we ended up buying was being sold through them and they were good at keeping us updated on progress and chasing up when needed up to completion. Someone was always there if you needed any questions answered.We did have a set back with our buyers towards the end, but Sam kept us up to date with what was going on making sure everything was sorted out. We also used Goodfellows Conveyancing Team the team were very thorough with the process. Sometimes it was hard to speak to our Conveyancer but there was always a member of the team to speak to. GoogleI have recently completed my purchase of a property and I'm glad that it was with Good Fellows. They feel different to the other estate agents, they were very attentive and would actively follow up with my requests. They would also actually check in on statuses and inform me on updates from the seller. Service was excellent and every conversation was really pleasant. If I get a chance to get another property, I would definitely choose Good Fellows again.
