We were very impressed generally by the team at Mann and Co Sutton and in particular Alice Martin who was the agent looking after our sale. Scammed by branch in Basingstoke, avoid them

These agents in Basingstoke pressured me into making a holding deposit after seeing a property that I was interested in. I provided all the details for reference checks. They later came back telling me that my employers declined giving a reference until my probation is ended which is no fault of mine. I have contacted my employers personally on more than one occasion to get this sorted out, but was not successful. This agency contacted me requesting for a guarantor and as a foreigner, I could not provide the needed guarantor (UK home owner with £44k annual salary). The next few hours, the property was back on the market without saying anything to me about my holding deposit. When I contacted them, they told me I have provided false and misleading information (failed reference checks) which was very shocking to me. Avoid them at all cost.

We have just sold our second family property by using Mann Countrywide in Sutton, having been entirely satisfied the first time round. Again, they did not disappoint in any way. A thoroughly professional operation from first interview with Craig Lawrence to exchange of contracts yesterday. A nice group of really friendly and contientious people who work together seamlessly and are efficient apart. There were no weak links; messages were passed on and calls were returned. When the extra effort was required to make certain things happen, they made it, sometimes at cost to their personal time. It greatly helped that they had good rapport with our solicitors. We can't praise them more highly. Even a smooth sale - and both of these went pretty well - can have their 'moments' but these lovely people - Ben, Janene and Aaron - were always there and calmed nerves when it was necessary! We are about to embark on the adventure of our lives; new home, location and careers and that we will shortly be there is in no small way down to the Sutton branch of Mann Countrywide. I cannot thank Emily (head of lettings, Farnham office) enough for finding me new tenants after poor experience with previous agent (a completely different company.) She achieved a 35% increase in gross rent for me, too! I noted more proactivity in 3 weeks from GPees than in 3 years from their predecessors. I was kept fully informed before and after every viewing, and despite most viewings taking place in appalling wet weather there was never a sign of recent footfall across the brand new carpet. Amazing experience from start to finish

Amazing experience from start to finish! The property was online within a couple of days of Zoe's initial visit, viewings were booked quickly but with consideration of our schedule - with Kim helping us at all stages of the sale too. Janene was also extremely helpful in chasing all parts of our chain to ensure we completed as fast as possible, keeping everyone up to date with the process. Ed was also really helpful and guided us through all of the paperwork, answering any questions we had with as much detail as possible to help us make the right decision for us. Right from the start we felt comfortable, the team were really friendly and knowledgeable. Jim Gordon in particular was very helpful and great to talk to, we couldn't have done it without him. The photographer took stunning photos which really showed off the features of the house. We decided to go with an open day, which was fully booked within 24 hours of advertising.Of those who veiwed the house, more than half put in offers. The team did an excellent job of keeping us informed and guiding us through the process.The house was SSTC within a week.We had issues with the solicitors, Jim went above and beyond to help keep momentum to see us through to completion.The fees were reasonable and competitive, especially given the level of service we recieved.Overall, the Gascoigne-Pees Sales Team really do believe that fostering good relationships with their clients is the key to success, making the time and effort to put them first, keep them at ease during one of the most stressful processes, and always giving the best advice.

Went into Sutton Mann Estate Agents to collect some information about properties for sale in the area. Andrew the branch manager was very helpful and polite in advising me of properties to my specification and budget that were available in the surrounding area. I am still looking at properties but from an initial query point of view, Mann were a fantastic starting point and would reccomend their staff.
