GoogleExcellent service & help from Katie, Roanna, Tamsin and colleagues for our purchase of a South Sutton apartment. Not only did we get regular updates on progress, but also problem shooting proactive "tank busting" missions that unlocked the conveyancing progress in the face of obstructive and difficult solicitors and other hostile 3rd parties. Without Cubitt & West the purchase of the apartment, which should have been straightforward, would have fallen apart and our mortgage offer expired. Fully recommend the open, responsive, friendly team who go the extra mile for clients. Pleasure to deal with.
