The Ruthless agents in town. So many bad reviews and still they are operating. They dont have humanity. Carl the director and Jaynce the sales person just bully customers. They extracted a huge amount from customers and never care for them. Worst agent to be named. I would never suggest this agency to anyone.

Isaac, I can understand your frustration but in the case of rent arrears we have to ensure the landlord receive their dues as well. Unfortunately we couldn't be of more help to you in regards to your personal issues, however, as an estate agent we have to stick to a professional approach which may not always be welcoming. I hope your issues are resolved soon.

Terrible estate agents. Multiple issues throughout the property not fixed. One of these issues being a broken balcony door letting in a cold draft through winter. Tried contacting the agents every 2 weeks to either no response or lies. Would never deal with this company again.

If I could give no stars, I would have. Worst letting agency I've ever used. They'll let you live in a damp house that literally rains indoors, yet they'll be useless in helping the tenants get any justice. Never ever using them again

I found the presentation on leaseholds pitfalls and questions to ask when considering buying leasehold properties as compared to freehold quite informative and very helpful. The staff were friendly and approachable and spoke in plain jargon free language for all to understand.

Stay a way from from this mediocre letting agency. Positive reviews that are written, here and on another sites are written by employees. I recognise their names. They are greedy, will charge you for everything. Horrible staff and they should lose licence as they are dishonest and very nasty people.
