Waste of your time. Impossible to speak to. Never answers a call. Never returns emails or forms. Take your details when gave to fill a form in. Never get a viewing at all. Worst service from an estate agent ever. Totally avoid.

We’ve had a couple of properties let through Belvoir for a number of years, one of the managed by the Belvoir team. We found Belvoir to be very efficient snd competitive and above all a real please to deal with. They have a wonderful personal approach whilst maintaining a professional stance. Thoroughly recommend them.

GoogleReally enjoyed working with Belvoir, they really went the extra mile with us, always happy to listen and understand what our property needs were. It felt as though they made a genuine effort to find us our ideal property and would often call if something was just coming on the market. I couldn't recommend Belvoir enough - overall they were just lovely people!

Whilst viewing properties on right move I saw a house listed for £80,000 by Belvoir. In the description they had said that an offer of £105,000 had been made and was encouraging higher offers before the exchange of contracts! This is extremely unethical and I will never use Belvoir in any capacity.

GoogleExcellent agents. Nidhi walked us through each house like it was her own, then gave us enough space to get a feel of each property ourselves. Never did I feel under pressure to offer, she genuinely wanted us to find the right home and after a long time searching she did. When we move we'll certainly be using Nidhi and Belvoir!
