This is a review for the sales team, we were trying to purchase a house through these guys, and the experience was terrible, I won’t highlight names but the way we were spoken to was outrageous, to give a little context, the first mortgage provider we went with declined us, then the next mortgage provider gave us a mortgage but for 5k less than we needed, as our estate agent we asked if there could be any negotiation, the response was and I quote "I don't think you'll get a mortgage" and then clearly advised the vendor to move onto the next buyer... since then we HAVE secured a mortgage with another friendly estate agent within Worcester park... I know sales is cut throat but these guys are savages!NegativeQuality, Professionalism

This review is for the lettings service. I leased a property for two years through BM. They Service has been unprofessional from the beginning even pre tenancy with the agent telling me I could get the property cheaper than advertised as the landlord was disillusioned about its value. During my tenancy they were uncontactable with staff changing mo they. And now after having ended my tenancy they are holding my deposit against damages that were preexisting and in the original inventory. They have cited a professionally paid for clean as 'dirty because preexisting non removable stains from the oven from use over the past 10years could not be removed. They haveslso not refunded my last month's rent which was taken incorrectly despite being told it would be returned next day. Unbelievable unprofessional I used BM to let my house, they sent me the AST agreement the night before move in day, they transferred funds to the wrong account and their Tennant moved into the property before paperwork was signed and funds transferred. The tenants waited outside the property for the previous tenants to leave, not allowing the check out/check in clerk to carry out their survey. The Manager of BM, Charlie didn't think this was an issue and was too busy to help sort out the situation. I raised a complaint to HQ and it took 5 months for a reply with me having to constantly remind them of the complaint. The reply/investigation concluded with an email of lies supporting the branch managers version of events with no evidence to support. I was quickly brushed off and told to contact the Property Ombudsman which I don not have the time to do. All I was seeking from my complaint was an honest response, accepting responsibility and an apology but got the opposite. There are many good Agents in Worcester Park so avoid BM and save yourself the pain.
