GoogleNeeded to find a place at fairly short notice so contacted literally every estate agent I could find around Worcester Park and Cheam. Out of more than 20 estate agents, Georgia from Barnard Marcus arranged more viewings than the rest combined. She took a genuine interest, put up with my fussy-ness, understood my urgency and acted on it. Unfortunately, she wasn’t able to find the right home for me but it wasn’t for lack of trying. When I’m house-hunting again in twelve months time, I know exactly where to go.

GoogleDarren Wild arranged our mortgage and we would highly recommend using Darren as your broker. Darren was very responsive at all hours of the day. It took 7 days start to finish to get our mortage offer in place. Darren also gave a 101 on the mortage market which was helpful to us as first time buyers. He answered all our questions along the way, took us through all our options, and got us a great deal. Thanks Darren!

GoogleWe were really pleased with the team of Barnard Marcus in Worcester Marcus. Bethany was our agent who was helpful and responsive at all times. We used their in house broker, Darren Wild, who helpfully arranged our mortgage as first time buyers. It wasn't easiest of conveyancing processes once our offer had been accepted, but Darren and Jill were all really good staying on top of solicitors and getting us into our house. I had some issues in the house, and the landlord was out of the country. Tyrone promptly sourced materials from his own home and resolved the issue, ensuring I didn't have to wait. GoogleWe had the worse experience ever with Bernard Marcus in Worcester Park as a buyer and as a seller. They keep not showing up for viewing appointments, three times already, with bold lies about them leaving a voicemail or trying to call earlier. There is also zero coordination between their team as different people from the very same office keep calling about the same thing. They also have the least competitve price for selling a property.

GoogleIn particular I would like to give a big compliment to Darren Wild the Mortgage Advisor for BM. As a first time buyer he really helped us put our anxieties at ease. Darren was always very professional, friendly and very approachable. Thank you for helping us to secure a good mortgage rate. The estate agents at BM were all very friendly and patient during visits.
