GoogleI thought they would take my enquiry seriously, but it was the opposite! I was looking for a rent. They wasted my time taking all my details-only not to appear on their records. After three days, I phoned to the office. They asked me to do all over again and promised me they would call me back again. They didn’t! In fact, the last person I spoke to abruptly finished the conversation because I asked/ challenged why it had not been recorded. Extremely poor service from not so serious team!

GoogleI would like to share my experience with this Estate agent: I met Georgia for a viewing for a flat in Worcester park and she was so friendly and professional and I fall in love with the property, so it was wonderful to be offered the property within 48 hours and from that moment every thing went very smoothly and I moved in without any trouble. All my questions were answered and always very helpful and professional. I also had the agent coming with me on the day I got the keys to check everything was working and where all the meters were and I couldn't have had better experience, so I strongly recommend this estate agent.

GoogleWe had some challenges with the sellers solicitor and Amy was very helpful. She was a very good communicator and intermediary, in fact she was directly answering my solicitor with his queries. I highly recommend this estate agency. Without their help we wouldn't have been able to complete on time.

The only minor issue was the initial agent who started the process moved to another branch during the process without informing me.
