Tony worked hard and showed a lot of persistence to get our sale done. He gave us a valuation that surprised me, never thought the house could be worth that much, and he got it sold for that much - despite the markets taking a tumble shortly afterwards (the Liz Truss debacle). Very satisfied with Andrews and with Tony in particular.

They found a new tenant really quickly and provided paperwork that was clear and understandable. They were responsive to any queries I had and remained professional throughout the whole experience. I've called and emailed countless times to enquire about different properties to view and even booked a viewing online. So far ive never had a phone pick up or 1 email responded to. I know things move fast so have called them immediately after receiving a rightmove alert and nothing. Very strange not to even get an 'its gone' message back. Ive not dealt with any other agent this bad. Very strange set up.
