GoogleWhen the idea of renting out our retirement flat was suggested we were quite nervous about it. We need not have worried because Andrews did all the work, checking electrics, insurance, inventory etc. Most important of all they found a suitable person to rent the flat and checked out their references etc. All we had to do was sign a few documents. GoogleI've just exchanged on what turned out to be a difficult, long and complicated sale. Throughout this James (and Janine) have been brilliant. Always on the other end of the phone, always giving great advice when things got tough, and always willing to go above and beyond to ensure the sale went through. I'm hugely grateful to James for all the time and effort and customer care he put in. In what was a very difficult transaction the one huge plus I take out of it is the service delivered by Andrews through James. Thank you.

I appointed Andrews for the sale of my property and honestly can’t recommend them highly enough. From the outset, all staff have been friendly, professional and efficient. Upon accepting an offer on my property, I was introduced to Emma Willingham, Customer Support Advisor. Unfortunately, I experienced several issues during the conveyancing process and Emma has been absolutely outstanding throughout, going above and beyond the remit of her role to ensure that things continued to move in the right direction. Emma maintained frequent communication with me, offering advice and reassurance during a stressful time, which I am grateful for. GoogleI would not recommend this agency. I liked one of their posted properties and made an offer. However, when discussing the property, a staff member mentioned a public order on the road, hinting that she may have already chosen a buyer. The property was sold to someone else without considering my offer, even after multiple calls. Stay away from them. I would have given 0 stars if I could. She decides whom to sell the property to.
