A straightforward , no hidden costs contract. They know the market and the area with 30 years of knowledge. I cannot stress how this experience has been stress free for me. GoogleWhat a fantastic Estate agent. They helped me through my lowest moment. Moving house is a stressful time. But the whole team where with me all the time. From valuation to exchange they chased everything for me. Always there to help, even late in the evening. The team are very professional and know how to handle people. Just a very big Thankyou to Tracy, we talked everyday. Julia in keeping me calm and finding buyers for me. David and Matt who did a lot behind the scenes. I know I was a pain, with all the downs I had. But you all kept me going with our laughter. During my stressful time. I hope my completion goes well. I would recommend this Estate Agent. GoogleChoosing Andrews when we decided to sell our house was the best decision we made. They know the market extremely well and we had lots of viewings really quickly with numerous offers. They knew what we were looking for in our next home (we were fussy) and found one that ticked every single box. Due to Covid we had a few issues along the way but nothing was ever too much trouble for David and Matt. Will 100% recommend Andrews North Cheam to anyone in the future. GoogleI had poor availability to see properties but they were able to tee up five places back to back so I could get a feel for the whole area in no more than an hour. This was very useful and I ultimately saw a couple I wanted to know more about. They facilitated that, I made an offer and I've since moved! Communication was great throughout. Can't fault anything. A year later we booked in a valuation to see if the money we have put into the property has brought us a decent return and to also understand, from the professionals, the things that we were best to put money towards going forward. Steve came round and gave us all the information we needed (and more) he was extremely professional and very honest with us regarding the current market and what was best for us to do going forward. We appreciate the time Andrews had for us, despite us letting them know that we didn’t think we were in a position to sell & that we were just looking for some advice and to understand our current position. They have been very professional and supportive throughout the selling period and I must say competitively priced. They had a long list of buyers and contacts who were ready to view our house immediately and we achieved 8 offers on an open day. We have had most dealings with Matt, who steered us through the selling process and advised us very well seeming to have our best interests at heart.
