I liked at two properties and They harass you with constant phone calls . When I expressed interest in a property they use Pressure sales techniques like ‘should I inform the sellers you’re making an offer’ without me explicitly saying such . I have multiple voicemails from this company . Do not advice to use their services if can be avoided. I’m aware all estate agents will chase buyers but Andrews were particularly pushy more than any agency I’ve come across

I feel bad for the landlords who are doubtless paying through the nose for less than nothing. All contact takes multiple attempts by phone and/or mail before there's a response. All information is passed on insufficiently and requires confirmation multiple times. My foot was seriously injured requiring weeks wearing a medical boot and unable to walk or drive due to a metal lined kitchen unit door which to this day remains unreplaced, since last April, which fell over onto it from the position it had been left in by the second maintenance professional contracted to fix it, who arrived with insufficient information and without the necessary tools.If at all possible, landlords avoid like the plague, and tenants take out anti-property manager insurance (niche market opportunity for providers)! Would love to give 0 or minus stars but not an option.

After being underwhelmed by another local estate agents, the Streatham branch of Andrews showed how it should be done. From Drew's initial meeting, outlining how Andrews do things to getting viewings organised and viewings actually happening!! Drew and Elvis delivered.Once we accepted an offer, they kept in touch, and the progression team (Courtney & Katie) did just that, especially as we had tricky solicitors.We've just completed and will use /recommend Andrews in the future.

DO NOT RENT WITH ANDREWS (Gloucester)! No customer service at all, problems generally not fixed and even if they are takes months. No one knows what they’re doing, communication between the people in branch seems non existent. Rented with numerous people before and honestly these are the worst. I’ve never reviewed anything before in my life Not even food! but I just had to post this to warn others as it’s absolutely dreadful what I’ve had to go through this year with the andrews Gloucester branch.

I would have given 0 stars if I could. Their employee Joanne, told us to park in the visitors parking and then she dissappeared without being able to find her or the apartment. When we found her in her car, she told us that we couldn't do the viewing because there was a dispute with the tenants. Meanwhile, no one was picking up the phone back in the office. What a rubbish estate agency. AVOID AT ANY COST, STAY AWAY

Is it legal for Property Letting Agents to take commissions from Contractors when the source of the problem is the Agent themselves?The last 2 years renting my property with Andrews Property Group Bear Flat Bath Branch have been an nightmare. I have been left with over £10,000 of damages to my and my neighbours property due to a leak that Andrews didn't resolve. In fact, over the last 2 years I've been charged continuous fees to unblock pipes at extremely high prices.I now know why.I have recently learnt that Andrews has been taking introductory commission / referral fees from Contractors it uses. Not only have I paid Andrews over £9000 since working with them to manage my property etc, it seems they are benefiting financially every time they use a contractor to fix a problem of their own making.What's the problem?The agent is not incentivised to get the best contractor for the job; rather they are incentivised to use the most expensive. Further, they are rewarded financially for not rectifying problems and hiring the most expensive contractors.Is this common knowledge? Is this legal?I'm now in dispute with the Andrews and the Property Ombudsman, which if still unresolved will be going to court and to the media. I don't want other unsuspecting landlords falling foul from this.Andrews left a waste pipe running 100% horizontally under my floor boards - of course (physics) it got blocked and leaked through to the apartment below (photos attached). I was invoiced for this pipe to be replaced over two years ago, it wasn't. Now Andrews won't take responsibility.Fellow landlords, please ask your agents if they are taking commissions from your contractors. Fellow landlords, please don't use Andrews if you want your property to be in safe and responsible hands.3 weeks since my solicitors got in touch with Andrews to pursue an insurance claim and still there's been no response from Andrews. Disgusting behaviour. Very disappointing.
