We have been customers of andrews mordern branch for 3 years. We had a lettings issue and could only speak to the sales manager Brian who was available. Even though it was not Brian’s department, he went above and beyond to help resolve our issue. He followed up days after to ensure the issue was resolved. Brian understands how to treat customers and is the main reason we will continue to stay with andrews.

Tara at the Barnet office has always provided a high level of service from the get go. I have always used Andrews as they specialise in letting and have always found good tenants for me over the last 10 years. I have benefitted greatly from dealing with the same person over that period of time rather than having to build rapport with someone new every time one of my properties needs letting. Tara has always advised me on the market and compliance matters to enable me to provide attractive, competitive and safe accommodation for tenants. Andrews fees are competitive. They are not the cheapest, but I would rather pay a little more for a service that is unmatched by any other agent I have previously used and believe me, some of them are not worth using.

After signing the contract and paying rent and the deposit, I was told (2 days before I moved in) the flat was unsafe because it didn't have a thermostat and got told to live somewhere else until they got it fixed.

Incompetence of the highest level.Staff turnover is shocking which says it all.Be prepared to go into legal battle over negligence to get them to do anything.Do not buy a leasehold property if managed by Andrews.

We did have some issues with our leasehold business historically and the new leadership team has been working hard since October 2022 to address these issues.
