I have been a contractor to Andrews office in Southville for several years and can honestly say that the whole team, led by the very capable and professional Rebecca Hudson, are a pleasure to work with. Efficient and reliable are words that spring easily to mind as well as being very pleasant people to deal with into the bargain. So the person responsible and lead incompetent is going to deal with a complaint- we'll done. When we met to discuss the debacle you were mute and failed mention arrangements had been made despite a direct enquiry. You have caused us financial hardship.BE VERY WARY of contracting with them.
Now that you have advised the complaint relates to the Branch Manager, we have asked the relevant Regional Manager to investigate and respond to your complaint. This process is also being overseen by our central customer service team.

In all that time I have received a very professional service.Our main dealings have been with Tara Darling who has certainly improved our things since her promotion to managing the Barnet Branch.Its a pleasant experience dealing with this company and it's good to know that through their constant training programme our interests will be protected and we will not fall foul of any regulations.

I’ve just managed to complete on my property sale after 3 fall throughs on with another agent!! Matt and Lisa suggested I sell via the modern auction as it was faster and more secure and I’m so glad they did.
