I have owned a property, have had rented by Andrews for 25 years and found their service second to none. Recently during the covid they have gone more than the extra mile. I had a tenant who had long covid and I had amazing support from their revenues officer regarding dealing with the tenant. I have now just re rented the property and myself got covid making it very difficult for me to prepare for my new tenants. The business manager of the Redhill office supported me amazingly by visiting the property when requested to check everything was ok after some electrical work had been completed and did some hoovering (unrequested) based on the situation I found myself in. His support regarding choosing the new tenants was also excellent.

Requesting a very short-notice viewing with the Redhill branch, I found Isaac Biggerstaff to be one of the most helpful and accommodating sales agents I have ever dealt with. With a charming personality and completely professional approach, he provided all the information I needed at this one meeting to feel confident about making an offer on the property. Unlike some sales agents, Isaac wasn't at all pushy. He came across as a solution finder, with my requirements and the property's potential suitability the main priority. He followed up the viewing promptly offering further information on the modern method of auction and arranging a call from a recommended solicitor.

Since Andrews Property Group's recent take over & management of The Coop's property in Folkestone & the flat which I am a tenant in, they have been nothing but proactive in listening to my needs regards the upkeep of the property and have, thus far, been the only property management group, we've had 3 thus far over a period of 12 years, to engage professionals to carry out the necessary work within the property. A recent example, damage to the inner wall of the bathroom due to water ingression, which had been reported to successive property management companies over a period of at least 6 years, has been recently fixed and completed in 2 days by diligent and consumate professionals they had comissioned; furthermore, the most recent issue with our main entrance door, where the barrel of the lock had warn out and shattered was replaced in a matter of a day thanks to Andrews Property Group's Senior Property Manager Molly Wachon who arranged for a local locksmith to replace the lock in double quick time & at a convenient time to suit us/me. Thus far, I have nothing but praise & good things to say about Andrews Property Group's property management style - long may their good work continue & long may they listen to their tenats urgent needs...
