extremely bad, unprofessional. didn't give us a water reading at the beginning of our tenancy, and after one month of living there we ended up with a 200 pound water bill. very unprofessional, don't know their own job well. it's trash!

I had absolute confidence in Natasha because she kept me informed throughout, and initiated contact with me as and when required and provided updates on progress. So disappointed with Andrews (Bristol) They repaid a substantial deposit back to one of my tenants two weeks into a live tenancy. They said I authorised it even after I provided proof I hadn’t. Not even an apology! So incompetent. Susan Russe.

Over the years I have heard from family and friends some real horror stories about poor customer service from estate agents in general but I have to say that Matthew and Tracey at the Reigate branch of Andrews have proven that exceptional customer service does exist. They are brilliant at communication and more than happy to answer any questions i had, while also ensuring I was up to date on the latest developments and breaking down the steps in the process in an easy to understand way. I would recommend using the Reigate branch of Andrews to anyone nervous about buying or selling without hesitation.
