Very good experience with Worc.Park branch

We had a very good experience with Andrews Worcester Park in Jan/Feb '24. Kinga and Sameer responded to our enquiry swiftly enough on the same day and we arranged a viewing. The viewing was relaxed and not pushy. Our questions were answered and the ones they didn't know they said they would work on. The process from previous experiences was welcome when completing their form and they were quick to respond once it was submitted. The follow up validation process online was good too. We managed to get good response, patience when needed and communication open at all times. Ben gave us a call too in their absence and was a little nervous about transfer deadline but once discussed he was supportive. A big thanks to Kinga for getting us a revisit to measure and assure ourselves of what we had previously seen and now we had signed. Happily recommend working with them and Andrews Worcester Park given this experience.

Andrews Lettings and Management

Andrews appear to have recently reorganised their operational structure for the lettings and management side of their business. A gret improvement. You are now easily able to contact relevant personnel direct, to discuss and resolve any issues. The individual personal service, help and advice offered by Jennifer Jones at their regional property services office in Headington, Oxford was first class. This involved several issues prior to Christmas period, where seperate call outs for both plumbing and heating, were dealt with promptly and efficiently, with the minimum of inconvenience for my long standing tenant. More recently, legal advice and help on a tenancy contract was given with equal professionalism.

Emotionally draining experience

We were first time buyers. I'd say that you'll probably get a fantastic experience with Andrews as a seller, but it was hard to feel protected as a buyer. Andrew and Junior were great at communicating with us, where possible, patient and very cool people in general, but the process was faulty and emotionally draining.Knowingly or unknowingly, the advertised sq meters and property ownership was wrongly advertised. We only found this out after having hired a lawyer and initiated the purchase process. This is illegal and it really showed that there was no due diligence made. In a year where it was so hard to get mortgages, we were pressured to stick with the purchase, now half the advertised sq meters, as our offer in principle would expire and would put us in a very difficult position if we were to start a new process, not to mention all the costs we had invested already. We were also consistently advised not to have a survey done when the property has massive issues, as we now know. We then had issues with the seller not allowing us into the property to inspect, so we had to have our lawyer involved, but it was all very hard. It should have been made easy and comfortable for us to inspect the property we were about to buy.By the time we actually bought it, we hadn't seen the property in 5 months, which is just not right.Andrews worked very hard to make all of this happen but the seller had the upper hand and respect at all times, not us.

I cannot recommend highly enough Mr James Conner and the team at Andrews in Wallington.Due to market conditions it took us two years and 4 estate agents to sell our apartment. Andrews Wallington was the estate agent that succeeded in finding a buyer.Mr Conner unlike the other 3 agents we had engaged always kept us informed, he rang us weekly even if there was no news just to let us know that we hadn’t been forgotten (unlike all three of the other agents)When a buyer was found Mr Conner kept in touch with the buyer the buyers solicitor, our solicitor and us on a weekly basis.Always friendly, always enthusiastic, always upbeat, always honest, an estate agent cannot always find a buyer, market conditions always prevail however agents that work similarly to Mr Conner will ensure that once a buyer is found he will do all in his power to facilitate the sale through to completion.

Great, professional & personable service!

We are Extremely grateful for Nick & Antonia, the Sales progressor and estate agent for our onward purchase (not even our own sale) in Andrews Downend, Bristol. The house selling & buying process was not straightforward for us, with multiple complexities, failing’s and complications throughout. Nick & Antonia made it all bearable; maintaining contact (even if there wasn’t an update!), chasing all parties, managing up & down the chain (alongside, expectations ;-) ), being knowledgable about the process, putting us at ease and being empathetic when we were having a hard day. Andrews (bear Flat office in Bath) have sold nearly all of my houses and most have been purchased through them too. I/We had a bit of a nightmare run of purchasing and losing properties recently. 6 in total! We were looking for a UK bolt hole, as we are moving to Cyprus. Found a suitable property in Bath. But it soon became apparent that this was not going to be an easy ride, the chain above, just kept getting bigger and bigger. Sophia (and Keith) were just brilliant - top communication specialists! Every day they chased all other parties, estate agents, vendors, etc and kept in contact with the whole chain, to see when / how things were moving. They literally managed the whole chain - up and down. .I got daily situation reports from Sophia and I have never met an estate agent that worked so hard on my behalf. Hats off and respect for Sophia's communication skills. Unfortunately, though, after 5 weeks of waiting, I couldn't wait any longer for people up the chain to find their "dream property", while everyone else waited, so sadly for Sophia, I found something else, but I cannot praise Sophia and the team up there, for trying so hard to get the whole deal across the line.

Highly Recommend Andrews Property Group - Westbury on Trym Branch

I recently purchased a property in Henbury, Bristol, and I can't praise Andrews Property Group's Westbury on Trym branch enough. Ashley, who arranged property visits and negotiated with vendors, was brilliant. Special thanks to Charlotte for her support during the buying process and Claire for providing information swiftly. Although as a first-time buyer, a small celebratory gesture like a bottle of wine or champagne upon receiving the keys would have been nice, it's a minor point I know, but I've got a photo that I asked for during the keys collector, and I am happy with it. Also, they gave me a lovely handwritten card. Overall, a seamless and efficient experience. I appreciate the Andrews Westbury on Trym branch crew and look forward to using their services again in the future. Thank you all!

My boiler broke on a Saturday…

My boiler broke on a Saturday afternoon, I called the office and spoke to Kay who was super helpful in helping me trouble shoot the boiler over the phone. It still didn’t work unfortunately so on Monday morning Louisa got right on it and called the engineer for me. When he didn’t contact me within a few hours she chased him up again for me and he was at my door within a couple hours and fixed it. Louisa then called me back a couple days later to check everything was still okay and still working. Both Kay and Louisa were very efficient and on top of things, can’t complain about anything! Fab customer service. Thanks guys!

My experience with Andrew's over the years has been very hit and miss. However, since Luke in Leasehold has been working for Andrew's my entire experience of the company has changed. He is truly amazing! He is intelligent, knowledgeable, a great problem solver, and an all round excellent person. Luke is quick to reply, and offers support above and beyond always. He has supported me with some very complex property issues recently and has actually calmed me with his support and expertise. Great help and assistance

I've moved into my rented apartment in November 2020. The procedure with Andrews was pretty quick and straightforward. I've been here for 3 years, to be very honest, luckily, I've not had any major issues, any minor issues I've had have been handled quickly. My most recent main problem I had, was my thermostat switch had been burnt out. I rang the office, and Louisa Davidson handled my call. She was very helpful and inquisitive. I rang around 16:30 and then again for an update 17:15. With so late in the evening before they closed up. Louisa was very prompt and adamant I got the help I needed at such notice. I had someone come out to me at 8:30am the following day, by 11:00 it was fixed and had hot water again. Louisa rang me the following morning to check if everything was sorted. I spoke to her about another little issue, to which I had response back the following day. I just wanted to say thank you to Louisa and also to all the staff at Andrews in Gloucester.
