Amazing and professional

I really don’t know where to start. Kish was fantastic from the beginning until the end of my selling process.I originally thought his fees were too high but he assured me he would put the work in, to earn the money and I 100% agree that he did and I would’ve actually paid him a lot more. He was worth his weight in gold. Selling a house is stressful enough but Kish and his team went way above and beyond their roles to make it as stress free as possible. I’d never sold a property before so kept asking silly questions and Kish was always more than happy to help explain it all to me (sometimes more than once), until I completely understood. My solicitor pushed back on alot of things and asked me for things that I’d never heard of but Kish helped me work my way through the legal jargon and got me across the line on many occasions. The entire team were super professional and efficient and had great knowledge of the entire process (including the solicitors roles). If Kish ever did take a well deserved day off he would make sure that one of his colleagues were up to date with my case and they would email me to let me know they were on hand ready for anything I needed.In summary, I really can’t express how good Kish and his team were for my selling process. So if you’d like a seamless sale (or buying I’m guessing) then I would highly recommend booking through Kish/Andrew’s!

Amazing Andrews!

The whole team at Andrews, Midsomer Norton have been amazing! Lisa-Marie first came to visit us in July 2023 to value our property, although we didn't market our house straight away, Lisa kept in contact with us on a regular basis, updating us on the local market. Her knowledge of the market and pure enthusiasm for her job made Andrews stand out from the others. We soon put our house up for sale and sold on the first viewing. We luckily found our next home with Andrews and when Tanya took us for a viewing she was very knowledgeable about the property and made the negotiations effortless, so thank you Tanya for helping us with our forever home.Holly is always on hand to help with any matter and is a pleasure to deal with. Andrews have been really proactive in helping to match me with the right property to buy and, unlike some other local estate agents, regularly sent me suitable property details. Sophia Robinson, in particular, understood exactly what I was looking for and kept me informed with regular updates once I had submitted an offer. Superb support from Isaac at Andrews

Superb support from Isaac at Andrews, Reigate through a probate sale made all the more difficult with flooding after an offer was accepted. Isaac provided lots of hand holding and kept all parties informed of progress. What could have been disastrous for the sale was simply a delay of a month or so and hopefully the buyers now have an even better start to their new life together. Without Isaac's calm approach and upfront honesty, I'm not sure the sale would have been successful. Thanks Isaac and the team who showed around all the interested parties.

Isaac was extremely helpful throughout the process of selling our property, providing continuous communication and professionalism. We were selling a leasehold property on a development that posed numerous challenges achieving a sale due to common leasehold obligations such as ground rent and service charge. She certainly had her work cut, as our sale in the end involved 3 properties.Luckily we chose our own very efficient solicitor, who is brilliant. Sadly our buyers used one of your recommendations, who was absolutely hopeless, and what should have taken 8-10 wks took almost 6 months.Lisa twice as much to sort because of this. Fantastic experience with lovely people

I had a fantastic experience with Andrews.I own a property company but did not have the time to show some of my tenants around. Even though I wasn't looking for full-time management.They were more than happy to see to my needs and show tenants around for me. I tried every other agency in the area and they were not interested. I had a terrible discovery that my previous tenant had left the house in a bad way leaving terrible things including cat feaces on the floor. I had to postpone everything for a few weeks whilst renovating. Hayley and Jasmine were absolutely fantastic. I was so stressed and they were extremely emphatic towards my situation, giving me various options and reassuring me it was going to be okay. I really needed this as it all came at a really inconvenient time and they supported me through it. Thankyou guys!! Xx

I used Andrews Winterbourne as my estate agent when moving house from Bristol (Winterbourne) to Somerset and have nothing but good things to say.The team (Stewart, Phillip, Beth, and Matthew) were fantastic. They sourced an array of viewings, regularly checked in, reported progress, and helped successfully sell my house for a price we were happy with.There were multiple problems along the way including many offers being too low, financial restrictions from buyers, and people pulling out of our chain to name a few.
