We are absolutely delighted to have chosen to go with Andrews to sell our property, Stan and his team cannot be recommended enough they have always been polite, punctual and very professional and oh so extremely helpful considering we had a few hiccups along the way with buyers and solicitors. We thank you all so very much for your hard work. And although we have no intention of moving again, but if we did I’m sad we would not be able to use Stan and his team as we are moving out of the area.

My wife and I just recently exchanged the contract and are awaiting the completion date and the keys for our new home. Thanks to the great people working at Andrews Southfield who made it so much easier for us to get into the property ladder.Their knowledge and expertise made buying a house via the Modern Method of Auction such a breeze.Had I not spoken with Mark in the beginning, we’d have given up on this house which we just bought. But it was his genuine and helpful advice that really helped us grab a bargain from the original asking price.A very special “Thank you!” to Mukul Mehta, the Mortgage and Protection Adviser at the Andrews Kingsbury office. Buying your first home can be a very daunting and stressful process, especially if you are buying via the Modern Method of Auction. But with the vast amount of knowledge, experience and expertise of the property market, Mukul made it so much easier for us to understand the process and made sure we were confident and happy with the decisions we made throughout the process. His friendly (always smiling) way of communicating made it felt like a family/friend experience to us, which really helped both sides understand each other and go for the right products and services. Not only that, but he also helped us in sorting out the Critical Illness Mortgage cover when our 1st application was rejected. For the first time, I interacted with Andrew's estate agent in Southfields, London. Working with Michael Villacis was a big comfort while my family and I were searching for a rental. Amazing, Friendly and got the property sorted in one day!

Today morning I went to visit a property in Bristol by Andrews. I was guided by this lovely lady called Isabelle to view the property. She was very nice and answered all the problems I had about the property and took down my details and got back to me in the afternoon after talking to the landlord. To my surpise she even managed to get the landlords approval to rent the property on the same day! I was impressed and had a nice experience like never before. Hats off!?

In what was a very difficult and long sale, James was always on hand to give sound advice throughout, speaking to and reassuring the buyers as well as me, and going above and beyond in every possible respect. I cannot recommend Russell Clarke highly enough

I cannot recommend Russell Clark? Mortgage and Protection Adviser highly enough. I have used him several times over the last 5 years and on several of these occasions, the house purchases and the associated lending have been highly complex. Russell is so responsive and goes out of his way in order to help resolve issues and obtain what was needed in terms of mortgage and protection. I wouldn't go to anyone else and I cannot thank him enough.

Highly recommendThe 2 individuals I used to sell my flat were great, they proactively chased and mediated where necessary and despite the first possible sale falling through (no fault), they escalated it and put more focus on selling and chasing it through to completion. I honestly would rate them higher than my solicitors for results focus and getting us over the line, they provided good commercial advice when I needed it. Would really recommend for selling a property, it is getting harder and you need a good estate agent. Would really recommend Andrews in Bishopston, Bristol.
